Ask to have a drank added to an order and they respond they don’t do that ask why get the so called manager yelling at you to have a good day all because they have no clue what they are doing had no idea it took a high school education to add a drink to an order I guess put the fries in the bag really comes to mind with this staff

Ordered an Apple pecan salad and to add a Cesar dressing. They didn’t give me the vinaigrette nor the cheese or pecans. They gave me croutons and just the Cesar, the chicken was dry and hard clearly old. Pregnancy appetite ruined because they can’t hear. I repeated myself at least 5x.
Had a great experience today. They forgot I wanted no cheese, but, before my burger was handed over, a fresh one was whipped up. Combined with genuine caring and apology, I'm a happy camper. Johnny for the win!! 🤘
Also, bonus points for a clean bathroom.

Every single time we get the garlic Parmesan, saucy nuggets our stomachs get upset. I don’t know if it’s a food quality issue and it’s only with the Nuggets, but somebody needs to look into the food quality issue. I will be contacting HR and health department.
I was giving my order through the drive through,The whole time I was giving my order the young lady had an attitude…So I told her If she didn’t want to work she should’ve stayed home!! She then says and I don’t meaning she didn’t want to work!! So I kindly drove off instead of finishing my order I refused to spend my money at a place where the workers are rude!!
After 9:00 pm, they always slow . Very very slow.
Service sucks. Managers are the worst with no motivation.

I went through the drive through and got to the window and they was having a discussion among employees. I waited about 10 minutes and they didn’t apologize for not responding and they could have told me they had a problem. Very unprofessional! I’m done with this Wendy’s
