I went for the first time this past weekend. I first They were closing in less than an hour so I was hesitant to walk in but I saw another customer walk in. I’m glad I did. I ordered a latte, it was delicious! I will probably be back again. Piper, was sweet and patient. I didn’t feel rushed, even though I knew they would be closing up soon.
Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options
Parking: I parked on the street. Not sure how it is during busy peak hours.

There are so many great things about this coffee shop! To name a few:
The drinks are always consistent
They roast their own beans so the flavor is amazing which is hard to find in this area.
They have lots of parking in the back which is good for people who aren’t interested in walking through the town
Plenty of seating with both tables and soft couches.
And they bake their own pastries!
Also, for a place with such high quality, they don’t overcharge which is really nice. It’s hard to say I have a favorite cafe here in Fredericksburg because there are so many amazing shops here downtown, but 25 30 is starting to become a favorite of mine.
PLEASE support your small cafes and businesses!! And when you do, leave good reviews! It really goes a long way :)

PRO:
In regards to taste, one of the best iced vanilla lattes you can get in the FXBG area. (Cappuccino has been so-so.)
The baristas are prompt and typically kind as well.
Has a little parking lot that is very convenient for a downtown area
CON:
I am a bit disappointed by the ratio of ice in the cold drinks…the cups were approximately 50% full of ice. These photos are after removing the ice from the drink. Paying the same cost for a 20z drink that is 10oz ice doesn’t feel fair :/

I am a bit of a coffee snob and found this coffee delicious! Very cute eclectic spot, good customer service, and they had lactaid milk! I ordered a latte and blueberry scone and enjoyed both :-)

Breakfast burrito was ice cold in the middle, soggy on the outside, not great. Chai tasted like a powdered mix. Cashier was super sweet and quick though!

I love this little coffee shop. I go every so often to support and always make sure to bring my points card because I love the little stamps.
However, I went in with my husband and toddler today and was disappointed with the service of the cashier. The cashier was very short with me and would cut me off after asking me questions about my coffee order to have conversations with customers behind me. I felt rushed, and she had a look of annoyance on her face. Every time, I would try and explain my order, which was literally drip coffee with oatmilk and a pump of syrup. She would talk to someone else or walk away while I was mid sentence. It was frustrating because I had to repeat myself a few times, and then she started to treat me as if she was annoyed. I'm not sure what we did wrong. We were just a nice family that wanted to start our morning right and support a local business. I wasn't rude in any way and was patient and kind, I think it's fair to ask the same in return.

As someone who's selective about coffee, this is a legit spot! The beans are roasted just right and the espresso drinks are crafted correctly.

I stop by here every once in a while to support this small business. For the most part the coffee is usually good. Today I got the Honduras coffee and their lighter roast option. The Honduras coffee was so sour even adding sugar I still couldn't drink it, the other coffee was a little sour but was not hot at all. I trashed the coffee! What a waste of money. 10 dollars down the drain.

For those unable to tell from the photos (as I was) if there is sufficient seating to spend time here waiting for a train without unduly imposing on the venue, there was. Four sofa chairs, one large table and a few smaller tables. Beverages and snacks were tasty, and staff friendly.
Love love love!! Came here before my 10hr round trip drive to Pittsburg and it was such a great choice! The energy of the woman that served me was impeccable. Chipper, happy, joyful; absolutely radiating sunshine! She helped me with my coffee selection and I decided to go with 1 iced pumpkin spice latte with oat milk, and 1 Chemex pour over with maple spice and oat milk. The chemex was soooo smooth, not acidic or burnt tasting at all. The pour was good and the grind courseness was spot on. I also got a breakfast sandwich (egg bacon and cheese on a croissant) so I think all in all my total came out to less than $18. Which, compared to one single $7 brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, is a deal. The location is to die for, the options are plentiful, the staff are great, I only have top notch comments to make! My partner and I will be back soon to try the Chai Tea Latte another google reviewer raved about in a previous review! Thanks so much!!
