Applebee's Grill + Bar

So just went there to eat the server Brittany brought us the drinks for the table behind us no big deal but then she gives the table their drinks and then goes to another table and talks to them for about 10 mins showing pictures and talking about her car while knowing we don’t have drinks obviously you just bought us someone else’s we sat there a total of about 15 mins no food no drinks very disappointed and with the deals they have going on they should be packed but no they was empty and now we all know why poor service

I doordashed 3 meals and an extra sauce. When my order arrived, there was only one meal in the bag. The driver couldn’t have taken it because the bag was basically glued shut. With the meal that I did receive, I got garlic parm boneless wings. They had forgotten to put the Parmesan on the wings so I just got garlic wings. I reordered my food hoping to get the rest and when it arrived, the extra sauce was still missing. Definitely wouldn’t recommend delivery from this location.

Just had a meal at applebees at Central Park Fredericksburg . It was my worst experience. Food. The food tasted like it’s been waiting for us for days. Chicken tastes like it’s been in the oven till it fried. Wow. No more. Done.

My kids had a absolute blast here on Friday night. Bree was AMAZING. If you have littles I highly suggest asking to sit in her section. Our food came out promptly, she made suggestions, and just went above and beyond for our family.

Whenever I do go in there I order the burger special for $9.99 the waitress or the waiter that we get are always great and fantastic and really take good care of us

Service was very good. Very friendly and kind. Food was extremely salty and looked like it was heated in microwave. Bathrooms were not clean at all nor were areas around the restaurant. If we hadn’t already sat down and ordered, we would have left.

Mike is a great server, we request him every time.

Everyone on my table loved Mike who was the waiter that served us.

Steak was tough and ribs were dry. Staff was great

I recently had a disappointing experience at Applebee's in Fredericksburg , Virginia. The service was slow, and it took a long time for our orders to arrive. When the food finally came, it was lukewarm and not as flavorful as I expected. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive, which made the whole dining experience frustrating. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return anytime soon.

Great server... great food

Customer service was horrible. I had to flag down the waiter to even get a drink order in after being seated 20 mins he had an attitude, and it was unbearable . The food was cold, and the order was wrong. The other table had hair in their food, so they ordered something to replace it, and they uncharged them for the wrong plate. When we and the other table asked to speak with the manager, the waiter's attitude got worse, and he didn't want to get the manager at all.

Great service and good food just very busy today
