I had a bad experience with ordering ahead and picking up on October 24th and I left feedback that I’d like to be contacted. Ali, a district manager, and I spoke and he took care of the issue. When I went in last night to pick up a new order, the local manager was very friendly. She had such a pleasant disposition and wasn’t grouchy or combative like many of these people you find in fast food restaurants. I’ll be giving this Arby’s a lot of business moving forward.

Roast beef was cold. The buns were not the original buns they used to have. Now it seems the buns are to thick with bread, or to dense. Not light and fluffy.

The food is always great, the people are too, however the tables are constantly dirty, or maybe I just come in after a rush
I came through the drive-thru order two Ruben's And two Buffalo sliders, Buffalo sliders taste like imitation meat,? Butt the sandwich had three slices of meat and there was hardly any sauerkraut, and I believe they were short that day
Most pitiful jamocha shake ever. It was basically vanilla. Person behind the register wasn't even friendly. Will not go back.

Myself and my daughter decided to do lunch at Arby's. It was a little afternoon when we went inside to dine. I decided to try the newest chicken sandwich. The young gentleman greeted us when we walked through the door. He took my daughter's order, then mine. He was very polite and efficient! We didn't have a long wait before they called our name and our food was ready. The dining room was clean and the food was delicious, I loved the new chicken sandwich!! We will be visiting this Arby's again!!
For a fast food place this one is good. The food is fresh and hot, there is generally enough seating, and they are fast. The tables might not always be clean though.

I'm really irritated at the moment. I ordered a burger. Asked several times for ketchup and mayo to be added and no burger sauce. They still put the burger sauce on it and no ketchup or mayo!! I just paid $11.99 plus tax for a burger that wasn't made correctly!! Not to mention waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru!! I can go to Red Robin & get a better burger with unlimited fries for that price!!

Let me tell you something. I will ALWAYS come to this Arby's fast food. My friend and I came here to eat. They had a special with sandwiches if you are only ordering on line from your cell phone. We're older so technology is not our friend all the time?. Those ladies went way beyond helping us. They had patience and still having a smile while they were telling us what we needed to do.Thank goodness they were not to busy. They both need an award for 2 older ladies not knowing much and maybe driving them crazy. But, I'm sure they got a good laugh ?.But bc of that, I WILL ONLY GO TO THAT ARBY'S ,of course unless someone else is driving,then I have to go which one they go to. THIS ARBY'S GO BEYOND AND MORE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.The BEST ARBY'S EVER THAT I'VE BEEN TO!! P.S. Those LADIES DESERVE A RAISE!! GOD BLESS ??
