I had a bad experience with ordering ahead and picking up on October 24th and I left feedback that I’d like to be contacted. Ali, a district manager, and I spoke and he took care of the issue. When I went in last night to pick up a new order, the local manager was very friendly. She had such a pleasant disposition and wasn’t grouchy or combative like many of these people you find in fast food restaurants. I’ll be giving this Arby’s a lot of business moving forward.

I came through the drive-thru order two Ruben's
And two Buffalo sliders, Buffalo sliders taste like imitation meat,? Butt the sandwich had three slices of meat and there was hardly any sauerkraut, and I believe they were short that day
