They don't have the 2 sandwiches for $7. Promotion, that I just got yesterday at another arby's, so their refusal to go along, it means I can't afford them and so they earn a one star.
As usual the food was great, but $2.59 for a small drink is not a fair price. Senior's should get free drinks. Juan thought !!!

Actually impressed by the new Waygu Bacon Ranch burger. Loved their Orange Creme shake and hot hot hot crinkle fries . Second visit and update: New 1/4lb shaved brisket with sweet sauce delicious but messy. Two side orders mac and cheese. One was refrigerator cold and the other piping hot. Both the apple turnover and cherry turnover were delicious but served without any warmth at room temperature ... sad. Meal had possibilities but staff needs some guidance.

Very fast and efficient staff. Everyone works as a single team. Great to see in this day and age. Fast food as expected.
We ordered roast beef sandwiches and chicken sandwiches. On both sandwiches, the bread was old, and it crumbled. We do not intend to ever visit this Arby's again.

Very disappointed with this visit. I put in an online order at 12 to be picked up at 4:50 and I got there 5min early and was told at the speaker my order was in process being made and only 2 cars in front of me and wasn't busy. It took 7 min to get to window for my order. They handed me my drink and waited about 5 to 6 min before was told to move up to line so the people behind me can get their order and they were in and out before I finally got my order after 5 more min waiting at the line so a total of 18min waiting all together. The point is if I put in an order in several hours early I should have been in and out in 2 min tops especially when this location was not that busy. Hope the problem with this location will get fixed because this wasn't the first time this happened here.
