BAMBOO Poke-Ramen-Tea-Wings

I tried it once before and had a bowl of miso ramen and was pretty disappointed. I gave 'em another shot with the tonkotsu ramen and was again disappointed. The thing with ramen is you need a good broth to bring everything together, and their broths are just uninteresting and incredibly flat. The bowl was edible and didn't taste bad, but you can get more flavor out of some Nongshim Shin Ramyun, and that's some packaged stuff. We liked everything we ordered (ramen, poke bowl, chicken wings, taro and coffee milk tea) except for the mango milk tea. We ordered 2 mango milk teas because it’s our favorite flavor everywhere else, but it’s a big mistake. We wasted our money on this one. It’s got a weird aftertaste, kinda pungent/bitter, I don’t know how to explain LOL! I called the restaurant to verify if that’s how it’s supposed to taste like, and they said YES. Love this place! Whether it's the Ramen Bowls or the Poke Bowls, it's all good. You choose what you want, or don't want, in every meal. I've eaten here several times and it's so fresh. Even have actual crab not crabstick. Yum!Everyone working there (and they DO work hard) strives to make it a successful venture. Wish they had one closer to me. The atmosphere is pleasant.
