This was the 2nd Basilico I have visited and I must say this one (off Gordon Rd) had an entirely different feel and atmosphere that I really enjoyed. Nice feel and lots of seating. The servers and staff were young energetic and most of all… polite, friendly and courteous.
The food, like the other Basilico I have visited, was simple and delicious. Nice selection of standard and unique sandwiches and paninis as well as the normal Italian fare. Then comes the excellent selection of baked goods and gelato to finish off a very pleasant meal. Highly recommended for family and friends!

Only one handicap ramp on one side of the store was very inconvenient for my friend. She had to walk all the way from one side to the other with her walker.

Service is great. All employees friendly, professional. (Could be that I'm an old lady with gray hair now lol)
Not all desserts are good. Cream puffs are sparse and not very good. Cakes are great except rum cake is dry no rum flavor. Choc cake will send you to heaven. Sandwiches are all great. Pork loin sand awesome!

Its a great little cafe like restaurant with soup, salads and sandwiches. My bread was so dry this time that it crumbled and flaked off every time I took a bite of my Italian Sub. The flavor was good though. My friend ordered the crab soup and a half of sandwich and really enjoyed it.
Its a great spot to go for meetings or if you each want to pay for your order separately since you pay when you order and they bring it out to you.
They checked on us multiple times during our visit, as well and cleared our trays for us. It was nice.

We frequently dine here and sometimes pick-up to take home. Always consistent with delicious food, always friendly staff and always making me want to indulge in desserts I shouldnt have... But I fall victim every time to that cake display.

We went for a graduation party and was absolutely impressed. Food was great. Who knew... They had a room for such occasions, there were at least 35 people and it accommodated all of us.
