I am an Uber delivery person. I went there this morning. This is November 12, 5 o’clock in the morning to pick up a simple milkshake that they refused to Give me at the drive-through, even though there was no one there. I understand the policy of not handing things out the window because it gets confusing, but there was no one there at that time of day. I feel there is no customer service here when I went in to get my order, the milkshake was like water and they refused to fix it. My customer did not get their order.By the time I got parked and got in there, the milkshake was not good and I still had a 15 minute drive. Please inform them that no drive through rule is in place for busy times. Because they can’t use their own common sense.

Worst BR ever. I have been here 4x's over the past 2 years hoping that this place would get better....but not at all. The Chocolate chip milkshake that I ordered was so watery, it was like drinking milk with chocolate chips in it. It was super bubbly and just disgusting. I think that instead of using the shake machine, they are putting it in a blender. I also ordered a hand packed quart that came with a few scoops of ice cream instead of packed. On top of that, I finally called the corporate office to inform them of this location and was told that the franchise owner would call me. A month later I am still waiting. Do not go to this location, just check the other reviews

Hours posted say you all close at 9pm. Got to the location at 830pm on 1/26/23. Open sign was even on and worker inside stared as we waited and heard the automated closed message at the drive through and drove past the window. Management if these are your practices, please change closing time to 8:30 or have your employees turn off the open sign. This is very misleading and has left, I’m sure, many customers unsatisfied. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Horrible service provided by this location, it took them almost 10 min to start our order and they had nobody In the drive through or dining area. Tori and Josh are the 2 employees that fiddled their thumbs and finally decided to scoop ice cream!

Ugh. Whatever happened to fresh donuts. These weren't nay better than pre-packaged. Loved them as a kid.

I just stopped by their drive through to get a mint chocolate chip cone. The girl on the drive thru speaker was so unenthusiastic I wondered if I was on candid camera or something. Although being the only customer in line, it took over 5 minutes to get my cone, and after I drove away and began to eat it, realized the entire center was hollow.I had no idea this place was having problems like this. It's a national franchise, how can they get away with it ? Does BR Headquarters know ?

Wow. Worst customer service we have had in a long time. Sat there for 10 mins practically and not one employee said a word or even acknowledged us. When she finally came to take our order, she acted halfway there. Will never go here again. Zero stars! Get a new staff

This place was suppose to be open until 9, yet at 6pm some girl denied several customers and put tables in front of the door, and denied a pregnant woman the bathroom! Horrible hospitality and rude employers, I took my kids through the drive thru and it took over 20 minutes for a coffee and 2 donuts such a shame.

This store used to have really good customer service. We showed up at 7:55pm tonight. Doors were open and 3 staff were all standing behind the counter. Strangely, we were told that they were only serving drive-thru. No signs. Doors unlocked.We miss the days when the owner’s and staff greeted you and was happy to have our business.
