I recently had lunch at Bello Manzo with 12 friends. The service was courteous & friendly, even accommodating those with mobility issues. We ordered a variety of dishes & were all pleased with the exceptional flavors & presentation of each selection. It was an A+ dining experience; highly recommended.

Food was incredible, very very tasty, fresh, perfectly balanced. Our table shared family style. We had the meatballs, arancini, manzo pasta with chicken, baptized italian combo, pasta parm chicken, and mahi with couscous. For dessert we had the chocolate cake and canoli. We were not left wanting! Every plate was cleaned and we went home with full happy bellies.
Would highly recommend everything we ate.
Don't think you can really go wrong!

Stopped in for a quick lunch while wandering Fredricksburg. The Caesar salad and Chicken Parmesan sandwich were fabulous. And the host and server were welcoming and terrific. So glad we chose to stop in here.

My wife Ann, my son Michael and I were attending first night Fredericksburg. Michael suggested we go to Bella Manzo. We were greeted by a very friendly welcome seated at a perfect table. The service was fast and terrific. My son had the ravioli and raved how good it was. My wife had the chicken parmigiana dinner and loved it. I had the chicken parmigiana sandwich with fries. Boy was it fantastic. Very big portion the chicken was crispy and delicious. The fries were the bomb. Might be the best I have ever had. We will return again and again. Love this place.

We had a lovely dinner here at Bello Manzo. Ruth (she and her husband own the restaurant) made us feel very welcome. We took the only outside table on the street. It was First Friday so there were lots of people walking by and it was clear that in its 10 months, Bello Manzo has developed relationships with a lot of the locals. We split a house salad (very nice) and we both ordered the Pasta Manzo (with marinara sauce; the man ordered his with sausage) and we both thought it was delicious. I had a glass of the house wine - an Italian red - and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. We were too full for dessert so I can’t comment on the selection. After we ate, Ruth walked us through the restaurant and we were shocked to see how big it is. It just goes on and on, culminating in the back with backyard outdoor patio seating and a bar with a dance floor. This is a great place for a quiet dinner for two or a large party. We loved it and will be back.
The food was decent for the price. You do have to pay for fries separately, so that increased the bill a bit. We ordered the Italian sausage and crispy chicken sandwich. We would definitely come back again! The service was great.

We had lunch on a Saturday afternoon and loved it. I'm not from Chicago, so I can't speak to what an authentic Italian beef sanwich is, but theirs was absolutely delicious. The other food was equally amazing. Of course, what do you expect from the people who brought us Tapa Rio! Great interior as well, with a nice bar and patio in back. We loved it!

The food is very good. Reasonably priced, and proportionate. Pasta was cooked perfectly, the brussel sprouts, Arancini, and caprese also good.
Service was very good.
Not too busy, and really a gem.
Would be great if they add some TVs to watch soccer and tournaments.

The food is incredible at Bello Manzo!!! The best in Fredericksburg!! The staff is the friendliest!!
Nobody else in the resteraunt should have been the hint that this would have been awful.
My chicken parm was deep fried Tyson chicken tender with a slice of what appeared to be a white kraft single on top. My wife had what was obviously a piece of Costco fish, and she said it tasted like it was microwaved.
They also never brought out our appetizer, which is fine by us. We wouldn't have eaten that either. I should really add a star for that.
Just not good. Dudes kept walking in and disappearing into the back? Where they goin?

Great new restaurant in downtown Fredericksburg. Fast, friendly service. Excellent prices for today’s economy. Plenty of room. They have a front, middle, outside and bar area. The Italian sausage, spaghetti and meatballs and the parmesan cheese fries were excellent. I’ll definitely go again.
