I ordered 4 bowls and 2 burritos from Bitez on DoorDash. What I got was a sad, half-filled science experiment with undercooked rice, rubber-chicken gymnastics, and the kind of portion control that makes you question your vision… or life choices.
They’ve got this cute little “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” promo going on, which basically just means: “Buy 1 Bowl, Get 2 Half-Bowls That Together Equal… Maybe 3/4 of a Bowl.” Math isn’t mathing, and neither is the food.
Now here’s the kicker: they’re literally operating out of a gas station. I’ve seen better meals come out of a microwave next to a slushie machine. You’re not just getting food — you’re getting a convenient regret experience at pump 6.
I called them 17 times. Yes, I counted. No answer. Thought maybe they were busy cooking. Turns out they weren’t doing that either. I showed up in person like I was about to solve a murder mystery. They immediately hit me with the “blame the Dasher” defense like I was on an episode of CSI: DoorDash Edition.
Then they switched to Urdu mid-convo, probably to call me a liar with a side of “we make 1,000 orders a day and nobody complains.” Cool flex, bro — maybe start tasting some of those 1,000 orders.
They reluctantly remade my bowls. I got home, opened them up with hope in my heart… and got hit with the same culinary disappointment. Bland, dry, and somehow worse the second time around — like a reboot nobody asked for.
Final thoughts: If you like your food bland, half-empty, and made next to a gas pump, Bitez is your dream come true. For everyone else? Run.

I ordered doorDash tonight pretty excited to try this place. When my order came, it was lamb and chicken. I don’t eat lamb so I called DoorDash and they credited me back my money and I re-ordered the chicken salad and again it came back to me with the lamb and chicken. I don’t know if reading is an issue with the staff or communication but what are the odds that an order be made incorrectly twice? My name was written on the outside of the bag each time so it wasn’t the DoorDash drivers fault.I tried contacting the store but no answer either time.

Don't order from here. My daughter did a Door Dash order for a lamb salad with the sauces on the side. We received a salad doused in sauces with no lamb. When we called to address the mix up they told us that we would have to drive to the location to get the problem fix. Why would I drive after a delivery order when I didn't mess up the order. They didn't appear to be apologetic about it. I will never order from this place again.
