Experience was good but my food came out cool. The salmon was warm but the rice was cold and I requested my broccoli be double steamed and it was barely blanched and cold

Great experience as we celebrated my son's birthday. Our service was great and our server was very patient with our party of 10. This place comes highly recommended.

BJ's never disappoints when it comes to the taste of the food/drinks. Plus, there's variety for everyone. What was annoying with this visit was that we made a reservation because we had tickets to an event that night. When we arrived, they told us it could be 35 minutes before we were seated! I told them we had made the reservations and they said "there were a lot of reservations tonight". We did end up getting seated after about 15 minutes. Keep this in mind if you are ever in a hurry -- their reservation system isn't the greatest!

Michelle was excellent!!!! We got the wings,mac and cheese balls and a burger. SO DELISH!!!

Olivia was an amazing. She recommended frickles. Delicious.

This was our first time there. We had an amazing server. Heather was great, attentive and the food was absolutely delicious. I got the Prime Rib…melt in your mouth!!! And my partner got the chicken Parm. Both were cooked perfectly!We will definitely be back.

Our waitress, Sheronda, made our experience so much fun! She was professional, friendly, and provided great customer service. We will definitely ask for her section the next time we come back to BJs!

Are they trying to cause food poisoning?? This rice was slimey, sour, and had a nauseating smell. I can’t imagine serving this and not seeing how spoiled it is. I felt nauseous from one bite, and spit it out. I couldnt handle the smell of the plate being so close to me. The service was great but the rice was unbearable. I couldn’t believe it. It genuinely ruined my tastebuds for the rest of the food

Our server was the first to ask if I was a reward member in the past year of visits. She was ptompt in taking our order, bringing our food, and getting anything else that we needed.

Ms. Sheronda, was amazing as my server. She was as always very alternative to my table. She made sure my food came out right and on time. Made sure I had refills on my drinks. Also was very polite and professional.

The customer service after 9pm is atrocious! I’m never coming back here again! The customer service as terrible and I placed my order online a hour ahead. My food was cold time I got it. I would not advise people to come here! This is my first and last time coming here!

Arlene is a great an amazing server. She always went above and beyond to make sure that me and my family got amazing service. She knew the menu perfectly and was able to thoroughly answer any questions or concerns we had. She had an amazing personality and was so lovely towards us. She always came back to check on us and that made the experience so much better. She is go amazing and we will definitely come back just for her!!!
