My order delivered Oct 2 included coffee that BRCC doesn’t even sell (Whole Foods sells it), and a tshirt I didn’t order, and DIDN’T include two bags of coffee I did order. Looks like at least 3 people had their orders comingled. Submitted multiple emails and waited nearly an hour this morning for ChatBot to tell me the live agent couldn’t help after watching the queue drop from 27 waiting to 21 waiting. Super frustrating. Will buy locally if available but not ordering directly through the company again.

love the coffee, and once u understand the web site it's very manageable. looking forward to many years of coffee supply.

My wife and I have genuinely tried to give this place a fair chance because we love supporting local coffee shops. Unfortunately, the biggest challenge we’ve experienced is consistency. We typically order the same drinks (1776 & Smokey Joe), but the taste is different every time. Some days they’re excellent, while other times they’re bland, too cold, or—like this morning—had an unpleasant, ashy flavor.

Accuracy with orders has also been a recurring issue. Roughly half the time, the size or milk choice is incorrect (for example, ordering a large and receiving a medium, or both drinks being made with almond milk when only one was requested).

We want to love this place, but reliability is key when it comes to coffee. If consistency in preparation and order accuracy can improve, we would be happy to come back and support the business. Hoewever we've spent way too much money here hoping that the order will be as good as it was when it first opened, only to be continually disappointed.

As much as it pains me to say this, we’ll have to go back to Starbucks. At least there, we know exactly what we’re getting.

We will say that the customer service here is excellent.

My go to for coffee!

Staff rushes, and got a few items incorrect on the order. I also noticed their advertisement is for buy 2 bags of coffee get 1 free. I got three bags (like 16ea) and a grind coffee chew (7ea). They applied the free coffee bag to the grind coffee chew not a bag of coffee.

The girl at the front counter was so kind!! She both greeted every guest that came in and said “Have a great day!” as they left! I felt so welcome. Both workers shared a smile with each guest as they ordered and received their coffee. The barista promptly took my order and suggested some desserts to me! I ended up getting the fajita burrito and the french toast muffin. Both were absolutely delicious!! The atmosphere is perfect for a coffee date or getting some work done. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and yummy food!!

This establishment has a comfortable and relaxing dining area too. The staff is friendly and professional. It's very highly recommended.

I actually got you from my local store. I got the Loyal Spirit, because I have to drink light roast and I love it. Great flavor.

I've had a subscription since March of 2023. I moved back in June, and twice (my orders for July and August) were delivered to my old address because their website doesn't work and refuses to save my new address

Theres currently a CLASS ACTION SUIT against Black Rifle Coffee. Please join it. Its hilarious to me though. It always seems like thats the ultimate end of MOST conservative grifts: a lawsuit💯😜😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I tried the Hazelnut flavor by Black Rifle Coffee Company. It's really good! Nice flavor but you can still taste the coffee too. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!
