I had a bad experience the first time I went to eat with my family but I spoke to the general manager and she was more than willing to compensate the food that was bad great customer services I would recommend talking to a manager if you have any issues they were super helpful and

The pancakes were squashed with a brick! Home fries were over cooked and too crispy to stick a fork in. Restaurant was too cold so food got cold fast.

We went late on a Sunday and arrived to find only a skeleton crew. It appeared to be one waitress, a manager, and possibly two kitchen staff for the entire restaurant. Considering the number of guests that were there vs the number of staff, it could have proven to be a very unpleasant experience, but the staff that was there did an excellent job of working together and caring for the guests that had decided to stop by. Kudos to the staff for managing so well under difficult conditions.

Picked up our Thanksgiving food from here and everyone was SO extremely kind and attentive!!! I was so incredibly impressed and it really made my day. Every employee we interacted with really went out of their way to help us.Restaurant was decorated beautifully and kept very clean. Great atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back!!

I have to eat certain foods. When I order a grilled chicken breast with 2 sides, I would like the carrots to be cooked right. They taste like they were warmed over and over for a least a week. Brown and soggy carrots are not apprectizing.

I have eaten at Bob Evans several times and ordered their catering menu. All the food is great whether it's their salads, burgers, or their breakfast omelettes and of course their baked goods rock! Service at the restaurant, delivery, or pick up is excellent. Bob Evans restaurant has a down home feel to it as well like you're out in a farm. Highly recommended!
Didn't get things exactly as I asked for them, took three trips to get all the parts of my meal.

Y’all need to put some music or something. Such an out dated place and menu, no music makes the place feel dead. The cooks in the back also don’t seem to have a working kitchen nor do they listen to the servers. All recipes for losing money.
