Bonefish Grill

Loved the place, food was amazing, and our waiter was fantastic. Loved that it was quiet and we could talk with no issue. Also it was super comfortable, didn't have to wear a sweater like most restaurants that are super cold.

Sat down with my wife and two children (5&9) around 5:45pm on a Thursday, place is not packed by any means. Our server was excellent, very attentive. It was nearly 7pm before food arrived. My wife's filet mignon was tough and chewy with little to no seasoning. My kids tiny piece of grilled chicken was about as dry as kindling and room temp. Mashed potatoes room temp with a thick skin forming from sitting under the lights ... You get the picture. First time I've been there after almost 10 years and assuredly my last. Manager didn't seem to care, watched her floating around the room, comping tickets left and right....

I love that place , you can never be disappointed. Shrimp and scallops are always cooked to perfection.
Ambiance is good

What a horrible place. The service sucks and they prioritize online orders over folks who actually came in to eat. They need new management and also clean your vents and ceiling tiles. This is something that I normally would never notice but because I had to wait 2 hours just for the appetizer much less the main entree, I had time. Good gravy Bonefish…fire the current management.

It was Mother's Day, and they were slammed. People were waiting 2 hours for their food. Luckily, we placed an online order and only had to wait 20 past the requested pick-up time to receive our order.

Had reservation at 3, couldn't seat us for 15 minutes then said it's taking an hour and a half to get food from the kitchen. We had a baby so obviously that wouldn't work. Completely failed as a resteraunt and messed up a special occasion we made reservations for. Hope they go out of business.

Mediocre seafood, long wait time for food and when it finally did arrive everything was not cooked properly. Our waiter was great but unfortunately the lack of expertise in the kitchen overshadowed his pleasant demeanor . Would recommend finding a new place for seafood

The restaurant had no a/c (told it was broken) on a 90 degree day.
Food was undercooked and bland.
While the bartender who was our server was good the overall experience was poor.
Definitely not worth the money!

Ty was super helpful and friendly! I plan to ask to be seated in his section next time I go to Bonefish. The food was phenomenal!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Bonefish Grill the other week! The food was delicious, especially the Brussel Sprouts!

What really made the experience special, though, was Kelly, the Manager. She was so friendly and welcoming, going out of her way to make sure we had a great time. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly made the evening unforgettable.

We can't wait to go back with our family and friends and indulge in their social hour!

We have been to Bonefish in many locations, many times, including this one. This evening, we had the absolute pleasure of Ty being our server. He was attentive, personable, and prompt in his service. We never wanted for anything. It has been a while since we enjoyed such great service, and not just at Bonefish but in general. As parents who don't get out by ourselves much, he made the evening even more enjoyable! Highly enjoyed the Dragonfruit Margarita also!
