I love this place. The bubble teas are outstanding and I love the flexibility in customizing my drink’s ice level and sweetness! The staff are always great and the ambiance is just superb :)
Today I went in and ordered a drink that I have ordered in the past. Before they began making the drink I asked them not to put anything in it that is jelly like or comes up through the straw, I don’t go for the “boba” experience, I like the drink. After they made the drink, I observed the strawberry jelly pieces on the top. Smh, one of the young men said to put the staw in around it. FINE! Then I began to sip. Large slimy clumps with every sip. I asked what it was and they said yogurt. I do recall CLEARLY asking for nothing clumpy that would come up through the straw. The woman was willing to make another drink the way I asked for it the first time but the younger guy said no. I threw the drink in their garbage because he said that was my only other option if I wasn’t going to drink it. I am so disgusted and even more upset that I tipped them.
Ordered the matcha milk and brown sugar milk tea with boba and they both just tasted like milk and the boba was so mushy and overcooked.
Not gonna wait in a line for a machine to take my order when there are multiple people behind the bar area. And then only one machine and you want a tip before you even talk to a person…nah I’m good. I’ll take my money to somewhere else.
I really liked this spot - warm boba, good assortment of choices, oatmilk substitution - BUT it is a bit pricey. Ambience is really nice though and I'd definitely come back to study or hang w friends. Friendly tip: if you substitute for oatmilk don't cut down on the sugar too much!!!
It's a good place don't get me wrong but I missed half of the Christmas parade waiting on 2 hot chocolates the people working there were giving people there drinks every 20 min and on top of that my drinks tasted waterd down
After getting boba almost every time I travel, I can confidently say that Bubblebee is my all time favorite boba place in the US if not the world. Not only is the cozy environment super fun for a quick meet-up with friends but their unique drink options with natural flavors and various toppings make the experience truly spectacular. The staff are always super helpful and very welcoming. I always look forward to my next visit and have definitely become a regular!
Parking: There are a lot of storefront spots but during busy hours it can be difficult to find street parking downtown.
Kid-friendliness: The cute bee decorations are very fun for kids. Options like the cotton candy machine and various kid-friendly drink options make it very easy for kids to find something to enjoy.

My favorite bubble tea spot! And they alway have boba when we are there too. (another spot closer to us is often out.) The theme is adorable and it’s never super packed when we go. My favorite is the brown sugar milk tea with boba and cheese cap! They also have many flavors and combos. More than one type of boba as well. They use to have these amazing cakes, the taro cake was my favorite. But they haven’t had them the past few times we went. Hopefully they come back soon. And they have a cotton machine but we haven’t tried it yet. But definitely a must try if your in the area.

The moment you step inside, you're greeted with a beautifully designed space that perfectly blends modern aesthetics with cozy comfort. The drinks are nothing short of exceptional. The tea is brewed to perfection, and the flavors are rich and authentic. Whether you’re a fan of classic milk tea or adventurous fruit flavors, there’s something on the menu to satisfy every palate. The boba pearls are perfectly chewy, and the balance of sweetness is spot-on. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, which truly elevates the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to make recommendations if you're unsure of what to try.

Regular Boba isn't as chewy as I'd like it to be. Good nonetheless.

I always get a medium Mango Milk tea with mango popping bubbles and it never disappoints!! I’ve taken to ordering with no ice to get more drink out of the medium size (large adds an extra dollar to the price). Pro tip: Order your drink at the 0-50% sugar lvl, as the 100% is much too sweet! On the other hand, some drinks need extra sugar, so experiment around with the sugar setting to personalize your drink to your liking!
