Ordered take out and was told order would be ready by w:55 pm. It is 3:15 pm and still no order!

Saturday night and it was almost empty. So we assumed we wouldn’t have much of a wait for service or food. Started with no silverware. Said she would come back and did not. Missed one of my child’s drinks. Another child’s entire plate. Did not come back to ask about service or if everything was okay. Consistently need to fDid not clear ANY plates or empty cups. Then had the audacity to ask about the amount of gratuity??? Servers need more OR APPROPRIATE training about time management and how to serve. Larger parties shouldn’t be given to just anyone. Management failed tonight. The ONLY positive was that the hostess was kind, quick and helpful.

I ordered wings and a cookie skillet the other day never got my cookie skillet so I placed another order today which is New Year’s Eve. I received my food and once again did not have my cookie skillet so I had to let them know again for the second time that I needed my cookie skillet so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes through the rush hour of customers they had once I received the cookie skillet. It was burned. I’m very dissatisfied and very upset with you guys. I hope to hear back about some replacements because by the time I got home to eat my food my food was cold.

Food is this place wasn’t fresh. Taste weird, not good at all. If we are paying for food they should have everything fresh not cold. Guy at the front was nice!

Great service. Plenty of tvs to watch all of the games. Wings were a bit small, but that's probably a market thing.

Horrible service, I called in and guy was very rude, came in and no worker tended to us. We sat down and it took 10 minutes for a worker to finally come up to us. Workers were to busy in one area all talking staring at our table. Workers were playing personal music singing very loud being rude to people here.

If you want to see seven employees aimlessly pacing around watching the guests waiting to be sat, waiting for their orders to be taken, waiting for their food...and if you want food that sat under the heat lamp for 20 minutes...and to wait 20 minutes for a simple dessert...if you want a 45 minute experience unnecessarily turned into two hours...I highly recommend this place. Otherwise, avoid it.

My experience tonight was a train wreck.to start off one of the people in my group got there at 7pm to put their name on the waitlist so by the time me and the rest of the group got there hopefully it would be to long of a wait, the host told us it would be 20 minutes then 8pm rolled around as they decided to clear the table and seat us.after we sat down it was another 20 minutes before the server even came to the table to get our drink order and then we didn’t see them for another 10 minutes.once I got my drink the bottom of the cup was filled with sugar. After that the server finally came to the table to get our food order it took about 15 minutes for the food to get to the table and it was Lukewarm at most. I definitely wouldn’t recommend visiting anytime soon.

The third order in a row was missing the correct number of wings, I am sure the staff would make it right, but the lack of quality control just isn't worth the time. Deleted app, and will not order from this location again.

Went in at 4pm have 25 tvs but not one was on the nascar race. Refused to change 1 channel.

Greeted at the door, sat and then ignored. No one addresses us at all and the places reeks of stale beer

We were the only table in the entire restaurant. No one upfront to greet us for about 5 minutes, when the gentleman came he grabbed the menus and checked his phone messages with us still standing there. Finally we are sat, our server was nice, but left our drinks empty and disappeared multiple times throughout our time there. Food took a RIDICULOUS amount of time to come out, given we were the only table, plus it was cold.
Other staff members stood in the dining room on their phones. Won't be back.
