Food was on time and fresh, the waitress Angela was great, couldn't ask for a better waitress 5 star both for food and service, now I did put 4 stars for atmosphere because a friend and I asked to be seated for Angela as our waitress and mind you the place was not busy at all and he tried to sit us at a completely different table as if he didn't care about what we had asked, really didn't enjoy his attitude by ignoring us but he did correct himself after us telling him we didn't ask to sit there so other than that everything else was great!

This past Sunday, my girlfriend, her mom, and I came here for dinner. Our supposed waiter that was supposed to serve us didn’t greet us until 10 minutes after we had sat down at our table. In those ten minutes he was talking with another coworker and very off task with what he was supposed to do. Finally he came over to serve us for drinks. We got our drinks minutes later and he asked for our order. When we gave him our orders he just sat there and said he would remember it in his head. Honestly I was genuinely confused on why he didn’t take out his book just to write down the order. When one of the three orders were ready, he brought it out to my girlfriend’s mom, then 15-20 minutes later mine came out. As mine came out I asked him where my girlfriend’s order was. He said the chef quote on quote “skipped over it completely”, and said he’d get on him about it. Another 20 minutes goes by and her’s finally comes out. Finally I had enough and requested for a manager. I was already irritated since I was up since 4 am and I was annoyed with the poor service. I appreciate the manager keeping his cool and handling the situation the way he did. For any customers who come to this location go to the bar instead of the main tables service there is better

i made a simple order of 15 wings. The wings were not the right sauce so I called after driving 20 mins away to pick them up. I called back to have the order correctee only to be received rudely for their mistake. I only wanted the order corrected and was hung up on. I called back to speak to the manager "JORDAN" (if she even gave me a real name) who told me I would not be getting a refund or my food fixed. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. I wish I had looked at the other reviews before coming. GO TO ANY OTHER BDUBS employees here are terrible. Not worth it.

Eaten at this place for 10+ yearsThis time i wasn’t that hungry and just wanted a kids meal. But it ended up being an issue so we left.They would rather lose my business for good than just trying to accommodate me this one time.I also own a restaurant and give out kid sizes all the time. In fact i make more money of the kids product. Whatever makes the customer happy is my motto.
