Our group sat outside. Aside from one of the servers, dropping things in front of us, then getting mad and throwing a glass over the fence in front of us- our server Laurence messed up our order. When it came out about an hour after ordering it, I notified that it came out wrong, and I couldn't eat it because of an ingredient that was left in it. That was honestly annoying, but mistakes happen and it was fine. I said I didn't need anything else.
It was doubled down saying they wanted to fix it- (after our group had now both eaten and paid) he offered to grab me something so I could eat. He brought it out, and charged us for it- and the group had a gratuity added. So I wound up paying for food I didn't want, and for gratuity that wasn't deserved at that point.
This whole evening was uncomfortable

Asked for crispy wings (2 orders of 30 traditional), came out regularly cooked with no fries (I ordered 3 large fries). When I told the server she said they were cooked for an extra time but I could tell they were not, she said they could cook them longer but with no sauce because that’s what makes them soggy ( at the Stafford location they usually cook them with sauce and come out perfectly crispy) then they brought the fries while I was still waiting for the new wings, we had to eat the fries by themselves before they got cold. Wings finally came out but they were so crispy it was hard to bite them and with no sauce which made them extra hard. I just find it crazy to go through all that trouble when, again, at the Stafford marketplace location I never had an issue when ordering my wings crispy. We waited a little over an hour just to get our wings how we wanted them.

Gross. I called ahead to see if I could bring my dog on the patio and was told yes. Instead of going inside the restaurant with my dog I went to the patio and sat down a server saw me wouldn’t even make eye contact and walked away. When she came back she did it again avoiding eye contact she got to the door, said “hi” then left again. 30 minutes after that, no one came to greet me or anything. Inside was not even busy! About ten minutes after I told the manager about it another group came on the patio, she came out and greeted them. They had their drinks before I even had a menu or anything. Just decided to get my food to go. Would not come back. Terrible service.

Special shoutout to Sarah, Brooklyn, Paige, and Alijah in the kitchen for their hard work and dedication. You all truly made our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings unforgettable. Cristian, your service was top-notch, and we've been to the Carl D Silver location, but none have compared to the level of service you provided. Thank you for an amazing experience!

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Went there with two of my sons on 2 July 25 at 630 pm. We sat in the bar area at a table. Place was nowhere near packed. We were basically the ONLY occupied table in the bar area. Bartender saw us sit down. Both the bartender and other waitress walked past us numerous times, not once did they stop and even greet us. I get it if you’re short staffed but that still is no excuse to mot even come to the table with menus. We literally say there for 25 minutes and I said lets go, and we walked out. Now we’re at the one in Stafford and within a minute of us sitting down, a server came up to us.

Will never go back there.

This employee knows exactly who he is. I don’t care to know his name but when I came in today with my family I was greeted with a warm welcome from a nice young lady. I asked for a specific table and she told me hold on and she came and told me that we could sit there. Once he made his appearance he said out of his mouth “ dios mío “ which was very very rude. I politely asked for him to not be able to service us because of what he said. I believe that no one should be treated which that kind of disrespect and I hope and pray no one says that to his family or friends. Also I want to give 1000 stars to Mariah! She was amazing from start to finish. She gave the best suggestions on drinks and made us feel really good about being there. But as far him. I hope that the manager there speaks with him and lets him know that he is at work and that wasn’t appropriate to say. #StayBlessed #DoBetterDude

I’m not one to complain or write a bad review ever but we had the worst costumer service ever. Our waitress/bartender was Kristina Via she was so rude and impolite! Since the beginning when she arrived she seemed unfriendly, as if she didn’t want to serve us. I would say thank you and got no response back. One of our friends got their drink but never got their food. I even had to remind her to bring the drink. When she started reaching to pick up our plates she seemed aggressive and even was spilling stuff on us. She disregarded it and didn't even acknowledge or apologize. It was highly noticeable that she had an issue with us. I used to be a server and I would never act the way she did.
