On January 6, 2026 I went for a burger at this location, there was a lady in front of me arguing with two cashiers about coupons, I spend 7 minutes waiting after that time where they ignored me, I decided to leave without ordering. Unfortunately this is the nearest location to my home but almost every time I go there there is an issue, sometimes providing the wrong products. The owners of this franchichise do not provide any training to their employees because same specific issues happen every time I stop there. Poor and careless service is their daily routine.

Ordered a Bacon King on mobile order counter for pick up today. Sandwich remained wrapped until I sat down at home to eat. Before I ate, I put up my hair and wore a head garment.
Explain to me how over halfway through eating my burger, I find a long HAIR infused with the patty?? Nasty!!
Tried to call the store, but it's a busy signal. Submitted a refund request through the app but will wait 24 - 48 business hours for a response.
They get 2 stars because other food items were correct and clean. But we still have 1 burgers to open...

Our 3rd stop trying to find the new firey Sprite. Everyone seems to be out of it. The food was okay... A little messy and burnt. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes for my change.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! Ordered delivery online, but the wrong address was used. I called 5 times to update the address, but the call was left to ring until it timed out, every time. I even tried to call the delivery driver once I got the text that they were having trouble finding the address, but it went directly to voice-mail. I never got my meal that night. I did get a refund thru an online complaint, but the location of 740 Warrenton Road is not worth going to. When I did go thru drive thru, my experience was still highly lacking. At one point, I didn't even get the meal I asked for, and because I was on my way to work, I wasn't able to get a refund or get my meal. I have wasted so much money at this location that I'm disgusted with myself for giving them so many chances to make a simple fast food meal correctly. I'll go to almost any other Burger King location, but this one is forever on my "no-go" list.
They don’t have any vegetarian options. But if you’re looking for a vegetarian alternative, there are subway and Taco Bell close to it.

Happy Birthday Burger King!?? This birthday pie is delicious.? I think the best part is the pie crust. It taste good and a vanilla flavor. The birthday cake icing was good. I wonderful if it was ice cream because it taste frozen and creamy.

I stop in sometimes when in the mood for a Whopper, but recently stopped in for breakfast and it was really good! Their Ham Croissanwich was fresh and tasty and the service was great!
