I had a very unpleasant experience at this Burger King drive-thru during breakfast hours. The woman taking orders, who had a blonde pixie cut, was extremely short, rushed, and unwelcoming. Her tone was so harsh that the car behind me actually left the line because of how she was speaking.
While ordering, I clearly asked for a lemonade with light ice. She responded rudely by saying “SPRITE?” in a smart tone. I corrected her and repeated lemonade with light ice. Despite this, I was still given Sprite.
At the second window, there was no greeting at all. She took my payment, then slung my bag, causing all of my tater tots to spill out of their container. On top of that, the drink was still wrong.
To make matters worse, the outside of the building was a mess, trash cans overflowing and trash scattered around the property. For a brand new year, the service, attitude, and cleanliness were extremely disappointing.
I will not be returning.

The Impossible Burger was very possible on this visit. I'm not vegan but I should have just ordered a meaty burger. This item did not meet my expectations. I've had other vegan burgers from a different Burger King that was simply Dee Lish, but this location missed the mark for me.

Stopped by recently and asked for hot sauce with my order. The person taking my order was surprisingly rude and claimed they didn’t have any — which I later found out wasn’t true. It’s frustrating when something so simple turns into a hassle, especially when staff aren’t upfront or courteous. I hope management addresses this and trains staff to be more helpful and honest with customers.

Stopped by Burger King today and was seriously impressed! The lemonade was perfectly refreshing, fries were hot and crispy, and the burgers were well made and came out piping hot. The staff kept everything clean—a great place to grab a quick meal and actually enjoy it. Definitely one of the better BK experiences I’ve had!
October 19th, around 5PM. Shift is killing it. Great job.

We did not eat in, we did drive thru, food was hot and good! Drive thru window guy hooked us upbwith zesty sauce. It was a good experience since we are kinda new to this area!!
