I believe in leaving a good review when it is necessary because others deserve to hear when they are doing a great job and have never publicly left a negative review on Google until today. When pulling up to the drive through at the southpoint location in fredericksburg to place my order I asked for a moment (all of 30 seconds to see what my children wanted.) Once I said I was ready to place my order "Joe" (I asked when paying who was on the mic that took my order.) Began to greet me again and asked what she could get for me today. While doing so someone in the background said "about damn time." And while taking my order "Joe" was very short. I get it, they were busy, it's near the holiday season and I'm sure not all customers are pleasant, you could tell she wasn't having the best day. While paying at the first window I asked what was the lady's name that took my order and the lady was heaitant to tell me. "Joe" obvislouly heard on the headset that I asked because her whole presence quickly changed after I asked who it was. The only reason I know who "Joe" was is because I heard someone speak to her by her name while waiting for my food at the second window. I was asked to pull around front for my food. "Joe" brought it out and was more pleasant and even returned back out to make sure we got our pickle fries. When getting ready to leave I realized that the sauce we asked for wasn't in the bag so I pulled around to the drive through and waited till I got to the first window and spoke with the lady who took my payment. I explained we didn't get our sauce we asked for and she proceeded to tell me they are 30 cents a peice... after I already placed a order that included sauce and I asked for which was on my receipt. She proceeded to make a "deal" of it so I told her that this is ridiculous and drove off. I'm not looking to get anyone in trouble but a little more kindness with customers that the BK employees get paid to serve would go along way and help keep business. It will be awhile if I do decided to return to this fast food restaurant due to lack of respect.

If you're going to be a restaurant and be open, please have staff that can work the restaurant. The manager was more concerned with washing dishes than helping customers. The food was lukewarm and it took over 30 minutes to get food. We were the only people in the restaurant to start with. By the time we left there were 10 people in the restaurant and at least seven cars in the drive-thru and their average weight was 30 to 40 minutes for food.

Because BK has easy vegetarian options, we stop at one on every road trip and plenty of times in between for a quick dinner on busy days. The quality of the impossible Whopper is hit or miss with most franchises overcooking them, a few to the point they are both charred and dry.
This location gets it right. Their impossible Whopper soared to the top. It was hot, juicy, and flavorful. Better than any other location, including the initial testing. The staff was kind and clearly enjoyed interacting with customers, which took the experience over the top.
Thanks for a really tasty meal, late at night, in the middle of a very long drive.

Every time I’ve tried to give this Burger King another chance, what I order ends up tasting like there’s chemicals in it. Additionally, this location could use a remodel.
