Average place with less than stellar performance. Ordered food with cheese and when we got home NO CHEESE. Called and they said they’d replace it but that gas and travel way outside my way to compensate for a few slices of cheese.
This after we asked 2 TIMES if they were sure cheese was on the sandwiches. I love being blown off as if my order accuracy doesn’t matter.
Guess I’ll stay away from this location as this isn’t the first infraction I’ve dealt with at this location.

Whoppers were poorly made. They didn't give me the correct items either. Didn't realize that they gave me two mozzarella sticks inside of chicken fries until we were 5 minutes down the road.

Way too expensive, purchased lunch for two adults and two kids and it cost $50. When we asked for barbecue sauce we were told no you have to pay extra for that. If these fast food places are going to charge high prices for their food then they need to step up their game in customer service. If I go to Olive Garden or any other sit down restaurant they provide excellent customer service and don’t charge extra for ketchup, pepper or other condiments.

Idk about the atmosphere, cause I was in the drive-through, but the lady at the wondow was simply awesome! She made me laugh and was very friendly. Food was great, we got the new BBQ brisket whopper. YuM 😋

no syrup for the French toast sticks. we were only informed of this after we had ordered, paid and received our food. they were somewhat flippant about it and didnt offer anything for our dissatisfaction. not happy. also they have a Christmas tree up in the dining area still...? with Easter decorations on it i think 🤔

Worst experience ever at Burger King Fredericksburg! The staff was incredibly rude, yelling at customers and making us wait forever at the drive-thru. No professionalism, no courtesy, just a terrible attitude. Avoid this location at all costs—horrible service and a complete waste of time!

Dang. Yall went from 5 stars to zero stars, in my humble opinion.
THANK YOU for the inedible burger. I just love when I open my burger and all the contents fall out. ALSO THANK YOU for the 23 unrequested pickles and 18 tablespoons of unrequested mayonnaise on my burger.... It made it exceptionally difficult to eat.
