This got to the the worst burger kind in the entire USA. They’ll take forever to take and make your order and they always got an attitude. It’s like only 1 staff works here.

Very concerning for a fast food drive thru cashier being on her phone while taking payment for my order. Unprofessional and sketchy. Seeing this more and more in the service and retail industries. Management needs to do more.

I had gotten food from another fast food chain whose ranch i’m not a fan of. I love burger kings ranch so I tried walking to the door to look at their hours to see if they were open, and a lady was mopping the floors … she looks directly at me and blatantly ignores me. I then go thru the drive thru and another woman answers, I told her i would like some ranch (i said please) and she very rudely responds “ Well i have to charge you” in a very rude and almost annoyed tone. I had no issue paying for sauce as most places charge for sauces now. It was a simple and easy request (not like she had to do anything but hand it to me). I am very disappointed in how rude the staff here has become. I’ve been going to this location for years and it’s a little disappointing.03/26/2024around 10:40 pm est

Everyone at this burger kings need to be fired. They always have an attitude and always rude. Today was my last day visiting. I ordered a whopper meal with onion rings. They charged me for a whopper meal but gave me a whopper jr with a small onion ring instead. I also ordered fries and nuggets and my fries was under cook. The guy at the window hurried up and handed me my food, slammed the window shut, then walked away. Never gave me my receipt or anything.
Long wait on drive thru , excellent service and apology from management, food was not very hot when received
