This is by far my favorite Burger King in the Fredericksburg area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I stopped by for a quick lunch. I ordered the double bacon and cheese whopper meal and my food was delivered fresh, hot and delicious. I will definitely return when I need it MY WAY.

Kings dominion bk has the most rudest/hateful manager. Tried to called bk customer service n they want you to email .. nope not happening .. i want to talk to a human dont waste your time going to this

Order was messed up twice. The large fries I got had maybe 6 fries in the container. The double cheese burger was a single. Will not go back again.
I might give it more stars if they ever came to the drive-through to take my order. Having to ask hello at a drive-through and then being asked to wait and sitting there for five minutes is not OK. Are you guys even trying at this point?

My food was not hot. I live 7 minutes from the restaurant so when I got home my burger and fries were already cold. I feel that some of the employees are not customer friendly. When I pull up to the drive thru window they don't even speak other then telling you the price of your meal. So I probably will forgo coming to BK for myself personally. I can go to 5 Guys for better burgers and service.

Placed an app order and went to the drive thu they said "pull around" myself and the two cars ahead of me waited 25 minutes until the store was almost closed. When I reached the window the employee looked at me and said, "Online order? Yeah, we don't have the food and we are now closed." How mad would you be?
