Recently, I placed an order at the restaurant for curbside pick up. Not only was the food ready on time, but the staff Brought it up to my car within two minutes of my arrival. The food was hot and extremely delicious. The portions were generous and the dessert was incredible. I cannot wait to place my next order and try something different off the menu.

We decided to try this Italian grill and had high hopes. The food was not what we expected. We received cold pasta and burnt chicken. The salads and bread were fine. The worst part, surprisingly, was our waitress, a friendly platinum blond with glasses. She took forever to address us, take our order, fill our drinks, and check us out. Other workers helped us with bread and drinks and paying. It was a very disappointing experience for a birthday dinner. If you have to wait 10 minutes for a drink to eat, the dining experience is often ruined. The bathrooms were also unusually filthy. The average food and kind attitude did not make up for the filth and the awful service. We won't return.

Absolutely delicious, even the plain bitter noodles for my grandson were out of this world, with a deep rich, brown butter taste! And the nicest waitress ever, so sweet! I dropped one star for atmosphere because the restaurant (AC) was FREEZING! Had to go to the car and get extra jackets that I carry in the trunk for the grandkids. But otherwise, 10 out of 5 stars for taste and service!

The one waitress apparently loved me and my girlfriend. She would look across the restaurant and smile at us, she's 10/10 cool.

I don’t usually feel the need to write reviews for chain restaurants, but after a recent visit to Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Fredericksburg, I felt compelled to share our experience, especially because of the outstanding service we received from CJ on Saturday evening.

Despite a busy Saturday evening, CJ stood out with friendly, attentive service. He greeted us promptly, explained the Happy Hour options, and made sure we got our drink orders in on time. He went above and beyond throughout our entire visit, and it made a difference. (I'll flag that the waitress who also stopped by our table in the same section was very kind, attentive, and helpful as well).

The hostess who took our name was also great, even though she seemed a bit stressed, she clearly communicated our wait time and set expectations well. (I didn't get her name).

The food was solid, as always. While Carrabba’s isn’t the most authentic or best Italian in the area, it’s consistent and satisfying, with a good selection of appetizers and drinks. Additionally, the ambiance is relaxed, not overly romantic, but comfortable enough for a casual date night or family dinner.

Overall: Carrabba’s might not be on everyone’s list, but based on our experiences, and the level of service we’ve consistently received, I’d say it’s absolutely worth a visit. And if you’re lucky enough to have CJ as your server, you’re in for a great night.

We ordered the fettuccine weesie and shrimp & scallop linguine alla vodka. Fettuccine was cold and the linguine pasta was overcooked. Service was also slow for a Sunday.
Our Cesar salad and bread was the most appetizing part of our dinner service.
Overall I don't recommend.

Only place that has more lobster than cheese in their ravioli! Best place ever

Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Food was good too.

The food was good just nothing like the picture shown in the menu portion wise. The server was nice and made sure we got our food, but was so widely spread across the restaurant that she couldn't keep up with us.
