The Chipotle-style selection of middle eastern food is incredible! 10/10 Recommend splitting a salad or bowl (lamb is amazing here btw) and their fresh juice and teas are worth splurging on! You would be hard pressed to be anything but pleased but the expedient service and delectable selection.

It’s a rare occasion when I go in and get good customer service from everyone on the line and I have yet to find anyone that hasn’t had the same experience. If I didn’t like the food or if there was another one close by, I wouldn’t go in that one.

Food was pretty good, but there was no attention to moving it around/keeping it fresh. Atmosphere was subpar, not as clean or orderly as I’d like; staff was playing or having inside jokes/smiles at each other, just distracting and not professional.
Pitas were sitting I plastic containers on counter. The biggest issue BY FAR.. was the lack of service and pleasantness in the staff. It was not an “experience” as it should be. I brought two girls who hadn’t been before.. We were not greeted, explained the process, there was no speaking or even eye contact. Every single scoop or spoon full seemed like it was an annoyance. At the end I asked for the pita (which I never would have gotten if I didn’t know know) they acted like I asked for a hamburger; they’re were two people and they both clearly became annoyed with the request and had a slight conflict on who would warm it.. And it wasn’t explained we had a choice of side. They forgot our cups, didn’t get our other side request- seemed to speak little English or have the desire to speak it or even be there. There also was ZERO diversity in the staff. It seemed as though the manager was more worried about her personal influence on her staff and maybe their families instead of the success of the business. And not that it should matter, but the girls I brought were Latina. The said the food was good but they’d never go back because of how rude the staff was…
This particular Cava is always very busy so they are always rushing to get through all the customers which makes their customer service suffer a bit. Food was excellent.
Parking: It's a tight parking lot so use caution when using it

Food was pretty good but one of the employee's was super rude! I asked for a simple request to separate 2 warm pitas as my two bowls were going to different residences. I was met with "Why!!??" As if I even needed to explain, however I did. Sucks that this is the only one in the area as this same treatment has been shared numerous times by others in various social media groups.
