This was first experience with Cava. I actually love Mediterranean food, and, usually I order from the real Mediterranean places. My daughter kept telling me how good Cava is. My order was take out. A greek chicken salad and a chicken shwarma on pita. The salad was terrible. It was more like a thin bed of wilted lettuce heaped with a thick, mushy blend of cooked onion, chicken, hummus,olives, tomatoes..it was so mushy that the flavors all blended together and you couldn't distinguish between any of the individual flavors. Appearance does matter with food. The chicken. Schwarma on pita was more or less the same on pita instead of lettuce. It just seemed and looked sloppy, tasted sloppy. But maybe I caught them on s bad day.
The food is great, the service is ok and the place is clean.

The food is super fresh and nine out of 10. We got somebody friendly serving us. Portion size has decreased a little the past few months, but that’s totally understandable due to rising food cost.

We ate at CAVA during a road trip and completed an online order. It was ready on time but we had to drive back around when we noticed two items were missing. When notifying the employee items were missing there wasn’t an issue until the employee who made our meal claimed we hadn’t ordered the items we requested despite the items clearly printed on the ticket adhered to our bag. This was an unnecessary interaction.
The food was good. The tomato/cucumber mix was missing on two bowls but we weren’t going to drive around a third time and headed back on the road.
If it’s your first time going, parking is tight, and when we were there a planter in front of the building was broken and the wood was in the parking lot roadway.
