First of all I hate to even have to write this review. I love Cheddar’s but I will not be returning here. Our server dropped all of the food all over me and just said I’m sorry and walked away. Left the food all over me, the table and the floor. She just said she would “bring a new one”.

I had ranch all over my shirt and pants. I asked to just leave at that point. She didn’t even say she was going to grab a manager, however the manager came over and didn’t even apologize, didn’t offer to resolve the situation at all. I understand that accidents happen but for that to happen and not even try to make it up to the customer or at least clean the area is crazy. I will never come back to this restaurant.

I'm writing here because I ran out of room on the kiosk. I have many years of experience as a server, so I try to be understanding when people have an off night. I'm also not a picky eater by any means. With that being said, tonight was one of the most disappointing experiences we've had here; and it's one of our favorite restaurants. We came to start our celebration of my partners birthday. We ordered drinks first. A dirty martini and a painkiller. A while goes by and we order an appetizer. Our appetizer comes, we finish our appetizer, and we're still waiting for our drinks. It wasn't busy at all. It also felt like our server was avoiding our table. When our drinks came out, my martini was not recognizable as a martini aside from the shape of the glass. It was crystal clear with no garnish. I asked him to bring it back, as that isn't what I ordered. He came back super quick with the same drink. Just a squirt of something (not olive juice) in it. I didn't say anything because it was clear my server was exhausted. This is his second job and I completely understand. My partner tried his painkiller and it had sat at the bar for a very long time, so it was watered down and tasted very odd. Our food was brought immediately after the drinks. And unfortunately my food was wrong. Both sides were incorrect. The server took it back and corrected it. My salad was wilted and drowned in salad dressing. My partner only had a sip or two of his drink and it made him nauseous, so he couldn't eat his food. I ate my salmon and we left after paying an almost $100 bill. I would just really like to understand what happened as we've never had an experience like this at Cheddar's. Thanks for reading this disappointing review.

Great location. Stopped in traveling south from DC. The restaurant is very clean and nicely kept. We were instantly greeted and seated. The food was amazing for the value and the service was good. The waitress was a bit slower considering they weren't as busy but she was super sweet.

Found a long strand of hair in my salad while eating. However unusual, as I’ve dined at this location many times before; it was the measly 10% discount that was offered that shocked me the most. I don’t know what I expected, but $1.25 discount for someone’s DNA being found in a meal I’m paying for seemed to be the most minimal display of regret. I’d never say don’t eat there, because this can happen anywhere since hairnets seem to be a thing of the past, but I will say, inspect your dish thoroughly before digging no matter where you go. Bon appetite😋

The food was so very good and lots for the price. We celebrated my wife's birthday and she truly enjoyed herself from a painkiller to her surprise Sundae. Can't thank your staff enough for everything.

I love this place. It’s atmosphere is so warm and inviting. Food is always delicious and hot. Croissants served before entre are delicious.
I had the best cut and taste of a t-bone steak
. It’s my favorite restaurant to go to.
