Chicken filet A is known for customer service and quality food but the restaurant in particular demonstrates a firm commitment to the tenants. We're met with a greeting in the parking lot and multiple times before ordering. Watching the managers and staff interact with one another showed a great work environment set by leaders and great hiring of staff. All this resulted in better than great customer experience. Yeah fil-A!
I am always greeted with warmth and a smile. I requested an ingredient content list for the nuggets and the waffle fries. Right away the employee taking my order printed out on the register. I was so happy 😊 The list checked out and I had a nice lunch. Thank you kindly for all involved.
