I love this location .. but today they fumbled the ball .. my order was given to someone else .. and the worker tried to give me the same exact bag that was placed in the other car .. the worker had to chase that car down to get my order .. I asked for a fresh one because it was placed in another vehicle .. all they did was change the bag but not the food that was inside .. I watched with my own eyes..I kindly grabbed the bag and tossed it out at the next chick-fil- a on plank road ….I’m not trying to be that type of person but idk what the other car health issues are .. and for me asking for a fresh one wasn’t to much of an ask ..smh

Great location. Ever since they did the renovation their drive through has been insanely fast. Great customer service.
If I could give more stars for my experience for Yeny, i absolutely would. She was amazing and made my ordering experience very fast. She complimented my nails and even said hi to my dog, buster. Yeny was so sweet and welcomed me with a smile and didn’t make my experience feel robotic. Thank you yeny for being amazing and not being a robot. I’m going again just to be greeted by yeny

I have no clue what happened to the quality of food that this location is serving. I ordered 3 12 count nugget meals for the family. The chicken looked burned and tasted horrible.
Wanted some chik-fil-a. Disabled and wanted a treat as wife and I don’t eat out often because I’m paralyzed and can’t walk. Chik-Fil-A cancelled twice. We ordered and they canceled, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Waited about 30 minutes and they did the same thing to us. Can’t really be that upset, as I understand they may be busy. But, if a Door-dasher picks up the food, why does it matter? Maybe if I had been in the dasher’s car that would make a difference.

I give up on this location. I work down the road so it's the most convenient. However, over the past 3 months it's become so awful that it's no longer worth the convenience. I order the same thing always and about every other time that I go I get the wrong item even though my receipt is correct. Half the time they forget sauce. Today they gave me the wrong coffee. I try to check my order before I leave every time but some mornings I try to put a little faith in Chick-fil-A and end up getting to work and realizing everything is wrong. Very frustrating. Please do better. In this economy going out to eat is suppose to be a treat *crying*

They are doing there best everyday to be consistent. Not perfect, but no service is and they are pretty close. I've had a couple of mixed up orders and some issues with the waffle fries or special orders but overall very good quality and very good people.
