I hate the mass traffic jam which blocks the parking spaces including handicapped.
They were busy during the dinner rush.I placed my order on the app and went inside to pick it. Only waited a couple minutes for the order to be finished. A lot quicker than waiting in a long drive-thru line.

I stop by this Chick-fil-A about once a month, usually for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich — it’s consistently hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy. The waffle fries are usually cooked just right, and the sauces (especially the Chick-fil-A and Polynesian) never disappoint.
Service here is quick and polite; staff are always friendly and keep things running smoothly even when the drive-thru line wraps around the building. The dining area is clean, tables get wiped down often, and restrooms are well maintained.
The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that the line can get long during lunch rush, but it moves faster than most places. Overall, a dependable stop for great chicken and standout service.

Brought my family after the football and soccer practice and I definitely have to say this was hands down the best experience we have had in MANY years!!! The team lead Charnice was absolutely accommodating to not only ANYTHING we needed but was super sweet!!! She definitely needs a raise of promotion!!!! DEFINITELY KEEP HER!!!

Was excited to try the new Pretzel chicken bacon sandwich. I received a stale sandwich that was prepared earlier and left out to sit. The cheese was rubber and clear from sitting on the sandwich so long. Terrible and will not be back to this location.
