Good Food, but the staff's attention to detail is lacking. I placed an order in the drive through today, went over it at least 3 times with the gentleman taking my order, and when I open the bag it's wrong. Of course I'm already home at this point. I don't know, maybe I should have asked to go through it a fourth time, and I should have checked my bag before I left, but I went over it 3 times already! Be better Chick-fil-A!

The drive-through is horrible. There was only one car in front of me, and from the time I pulled in, and until the time I got my food (spicy chicken meal and tenders), it took 25 minutes! The Chick-fil-A in Jacksonville, North Carolina, could have had a line half a mile long, and it wouldn't have taken them twenty-five minutes to get to the last car in that line.

Great place for chicken and to get a good service. Reason I don't give 5 star because asked us to leave with our food. Reason for this is there response to me was we are closing in 15 minutes. Terrible customer service we have four kids so we spent money to eat. We could not stay inside and that was Terrible.

Same inside as any clean, uncluttered fast food place. Service is 6 stars if I could. They have an outside order and pay system that is rivaled by none and serves cars amazingly fast. The food can be variable. The fries are good but seem yo cool fast. If you aren't going to eat them in the parking lot, keep some foil in the car to wrap them up. The chicken patties and Nuggets are tasty and moist. Their secret is to be brined in pickle juice. I do that with chicken at home now, and it works! But they run so much through their oil fryers that the oil gets old fast. Timing is everything. Early lunch is best for nice crisp juicy chicken. But as the oil gets old, the chicken breading gets dark, old, and hard as a rock and not as tasty. I don't know if they change it later for dinner because I've only eaten here for lunch. All the Chick fil a I've eaten at are the same in this regard . It's more sustainable environmentally (cooking oil disposal) but not good for the product. I love the Lemonade. It's nice to have something different from the usual Coke or Pespsi offerings since I dont drink carbonated drinks. The diet is just sweet enough and Hubby likes the regular . On the whole, it's a nice pleasant tasty place for lunch, but get there early!
