I got a chicken sandwich and specifically asked for no pickles, they gave me pickles. In that same chicken sandwich there was not 1 but 2 hairs in it.

Ordered a number 5 breakfast meal. Asked for an iced coffee. They didn't tell me it would be an upcharge. Found a hair in my iced coffee. Asked for a refund. They took my meal and absolutely power bombed it into the trash can and the short spanish black haired lady glared at me like I told her that her cooking was trash. I don't recommend this fast food place.

The food and service was excellent as usual, but I find it odd that you literally can't get regular mustard at a place where it costs 40 dollars for three people to eat. I feel like this is a basic condiment and the shelf life of packets is such that they could keep some on hand. Admittedly a small complaint but glaring for a company so focused on customer service.

Very rarely do we eat inside.. usually driv thru.. food is almost alway good.. its worth the drive.

The particular place had excellent service and friendly staff. They checked on us to see if everything was good. My one year old was being a bit cranky and noisy, The staff brought her a balloon to keep her entertained . Very thoughtful.

Waited 30 minutes for three no pickle sandwiches that all had pickles on them and cold soggy fries. Most of the staff were standing around doing nothing but chatting and playing on their phones. One employee put a box that was on the ground on the countertop food was being served on. Place was filthy
