The particular place had excellent service and friendly staff. They checked on us to see if everything was good. My one year old was being a bit cranky and noisy, The staff brought her a balloon to keep her entertained . Very thoughtful.

Waited 30 minutes for three no pickle sandwiches that all had pickles on them and cold soggy fries. Most of the staff were standing around doing nothing but chatting and playing on their phones. One employee put a box that was on the ground on the countertop food was being served on. Place was filthy

As usual, we ordered chicken nuggets, a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and mac n cheese. Everything we ordered was received and the quality was great!
Chick-fil-A is very consistent in terms of their service and food. Plenty of other fast food restaurants could learn a thing or two from their service model.

Don’t go to Lees Hill Chick fil a. This is the tenth time they have messed up my order. I will not be going back to this one.
Update: 11.14.24 - came through the drive thru. Came up to the window and the lady said are you going to use your chick fil an app today. I said no. She said it’s going to be $8.34 which is what they had told me at the ordering box. I gave her my card and the bag was super heavy and I looked at the name and it was Kathy. I said this is not my order: the lady says “Why did you say yes to your name then. This is your own fault” in the most nastiest look I could ever get. I said I’m sorry all you said was are you going to use your chick fil an app today and I said no. This is as she was walking away from me. Then a line manager came out and I told him about it and he completely ignored me. I said just give me my card back and I won’t ever be coming to this chick fil a again. I tried to give it one more try but it is nasty service, you never get my food correct, and your staff and management staff is not how I use to work at chick fil a and it’s disgusting the kind of customer service. I did call back and talk to the manager that was overall and I said I would like to leave my information for the owner of the location. He told me he doesn’t make those kinds of calls. Which is very sad since our location Josh would always call people back. Such a disappointment. I’ll be calling corporate.
