Chili's Grill & Bar

Service was great however, the food was absolutely terrible. The queso was so thick, I couldn’t even put a chip in it. It looked like an oil slick. The server was very friendly however it could not make up for the lack of flavor and pizzazz from the Chef. Obviously, this is at no fault to the Chef more than likely everything is frozen and from the corporate menu. If you truly like the food here, I really wonder if you’ve ever actually been to a real restaurant.

Very nice experience. Good was fast and hot. Sat at the bar to eat on a Friday night. Not too crowded. Nice level was not to bad. Parking was free and easy. The drinks are nice and storing. I recommend the presidential margarita.

We literally waited at the door to be seated for 15 mins and no one showed up. We then left and not gonna come back

Food service and atmosphere all fantastic, best staff I've had at a chain restaurant. I had an issue with payment and staff was more than happy to help. Fantastic place.

We had a small wait, but there were 12 of us. Can’t remember the name of the server, a young black man had only been there 3 weeks, but no complaints he did a great job serving us and probably another 20 people. Wish I could remember his name to give him credit. I live in another state, but go back again next time in the area.

Great service

The people make the restaurant experience a real treat. The bar tender was a pretty cool chick but there was one server who was just a great person to talk to all around. She wasnt even my waiter but she was awesome. You cant beat a good business meal with decent conversation. Really changes the experience. Oh and the food was pretty good too. I love the triple dipper more than anything.

We decided to go here instead of Longhorn due to how packed they were, with that being said Kids love Chilis so it worked out in a way everything started off all right ordering 3 drinks and some chips and queso, kinda taste like an adult lunchable not bad. We got the “triple dipper” sliders, mozzarella sticks(HUGE) chicken and the egg rolls. The egg rolls were not as good as they use to be. The sliders and chicken were okay.. we waited maybe 45 minutes for the food, while other who ordered got their before us such as a steak and ribs,I imagine take longer to prep after eating our bill needed to be corrected, the waiter was so busy he put it last on his priorities along with 20minute wait on refill. I could understand it was busy, very loud, the whole experience as a whole was a no go for me.

This restaurant feels extremely dated. Like something out of the late 1990s. Service was not fast and the food was not prepared very well. Highly doubtful I will ever go to this restaurant again. Plenty of other good choices in the area to dine at. They definitely need to get better cooks and wait staff.

Holy moly I wanted to go here with my friend to try and it didn’t disappoint! the food was quick and fresh and let me tell you about the service.. 100/10 he was so kind and sweet he made our time even better. I would genuinely come back to see him, I didn’t get his name but it started with a J and he was just super kind and happy always had a smile on his face!

Food came out hot and fast. Ian, our server was very friendly, relaxed and efficient. He carried himself like he was the manager who was working the floor. We were surprised to find out he's not. So here is our vote. MAKE IAN THE MANAGER! 😊
