Food came out hot and fast. Ian, our server was very friendly, relaxed and efficient. He carried himself like he was the manager who was working the floor. We were surprised to find out he's not. So here is our vote. MAKE IAN THE MANAGER! 😊

Great service

Me and my family go just about once a week. we love Amy, my kids adore her.

If you enjoy being disrespected by your waiter, you’ll love it here. Me and my girlfriend visited today and were served by Ehan. He gave us a rude attitude right off the bat and kept asking questions that were none of his business such as, “what’s that on your hand?” (it was sharpie marker) or the worst one, “are those your girlfriends earrings?” (referring to the earrings I was wearing). I’m sure most of the folks here are great, but avoid Ehan at all costs as he’s on a race to the bottom for his tip money.

we both got ribs & they were dry though they did have a good flavor. the salad lettuce was not fresh. the corn was delicious. our server was wonderful.

This has been about the fourth time, we have revisited Chilis in Southpoint over the last year. Service is excellent and haven’t had any bad servers. Very friendly there, quick and food comes out fast. Food is good and service always makes a great experience for us. Great managers, servers and hosts there. We very much enjoy it.

Chili's is solid. Everything was great!

Food is always reliable. I had the Chicken sandwich with the lunch special and it was tasty and cripsy. Our server made the meal enjoyable.

My wife and another couple had a nice noon lunch. We had the bacon cheeseburger and smashed burger off the 3 for me menu, a great bargain. The chips and salsa appetizer were tasty. The meal arrived soon. The burgers were perfectly cooked and fries were hot and seasoned well. The waitress, Kayla, was efficient, attentive, and cordial. We were returning customers. FYI chicken fajitas are great here.

Well this use to be my favorite location until we got a waiter with a cast on one arm. He would just stare when we gave our order. And he repeatedly picked his nose prior to bringing our food out. Very disgusting and unsanitary. Will not be going again!

Service was terrible. Wait was wayyy to long. Personnel look at you directly in the face and would seat or serve you. Place had maybe 4 customers...

It has been quite a few years since I’ve had Chili’s and from what I remember, the food was way better then. The sirloin was definitely not 6oz, if anything it was 3oz. The sides looked like they were heated up in the microwave before bringing my plate out. I will say the steak was good just super small compared to the usual, but the sides were mediocre at best and not appetizing. According to my other half his food was great.

I’m only giving 3 stars due to our waitress, Kristi. She was training a new employee and still was very attentive.

I will not return due to the quality of the food, but they do have amazing service.
