Worst Chili's we have ever been to, and we have been to a lot of different locations. Saturday lunch. Sat at the bar. We noticed there were around 8-9 people just standing around outside of the kitchen, including the manager. Bartender was okay, but not very personable. Someone came in for a gift card, and the manager acted really bothered by having to help them. We got our food, and the quesadillas were mushy. They are usually crispy. My husband's hamburger bus was soggy from grease. The manager just stood there in the bar, but didn't ask us how we were doing. Very unlike any other Chili's we have been to.

Called in a lunch order for the smash burger, fries, a salad and a coke zero. The burger was slid across the container, smushy bun and fries were cold. Not to mention nobody had any reaction to help you they just stare and say go over to the bar to pay then state no you can come back and pay mind you i was on lunch. This was a horrible encounter and it is not the first!

Hi! This Chillis is amazing. My boyfriend and I went there for a night out. The service was great and the food was amazing. I got a veggie burger and he got fajitas. We ate the cookie with ice cream that was delicious.Everyone is friendly and the environment is spacious. Shoutout to Cam (cook), Kiersten, and Sam for their great service!

I have been avoiding Chilis for a while, but decided to go, since I was at the mall. The food was mediocre at best, what came out correctly anyway. The steak was overcooked. The chicken tenders were not done. The waitress had the personality of a wet blanket and was not attentive at all. Had to keep flagging people down just to get service. And they weren’t that busy at all. Won’t be back.

I took my two grandchildren for lunch on 1/21/25 and it took us 15 minutes to get get seated, the waitress was very rude & she never did put our food order in. I will never never come back here again & I use to come here twice a week but I won't be back. This is ridiculous! Very unhappy customer.
