I just got my order of shrimp egg rolls they were fried to hard that they are crispy shrimp egg rolls. Never in my life have i had crispy shrimp egg rolls. I called to tell them. One hard to understand what she said about fixing my order. I asked someone bring my order correct. To only have her hung up on me 3 times. I think she was saying for me to come (a delivery ) or they weren't fried crispy. Yet continued to hung up. Had my mouth ready bit into one and the thing just started crumbling they are hard so another bit and crumbling again. Can't even eat them. First time with them. But never again

We always order Chinese food on Christmas Eve and this place was perfect! Every dish was yummy, it was prepared quickly and they even put it in a big box for us to easily carry it all home to feast with the family. Highly recommend.

Been ordering here for a number of years but recently (2024) the food just isn’t nearly as good. They said a new chef was learning but it’s been four months now and absolutely no improvement. I’m done. They’ve lost me for good.

Driving threw from North Carolina decided to stop here to get 2 wonton soups ordered over the phone was charged with out seeing my food once I paid I told them nicely that they gave me the wrong food (dumplings and a soup ) I asked for my refund and the manager snatched the bag from me threw the food away and yelled for me to get out . Disputed the order with my card .

So I normally don’t leave reviews and I have been ordering from this place for seven years and now all of a sudden today they change their minimum order for delivery to 20 and then 30 and then a five dollar delivery fee to then now I’m too far they can’t deliver to me if you’ve been delivering to someone for seven years why are you gonna stop now, that is poor Customer Service
