My family and I go here all the time. Maybe by the 2nd time they remembered us and they know our phone number so when we walk in to pick up the food they don’t even ask us our name. Great food and GREAT service. Best in the Fredericksburg area. We appreciate the hospitality!

Simple lunch beef mixed veg (baby corn, brocolli ) and rice $11. Auntie there seemed very polite /friendly and kind . no msg or fake sauce & not overly oily, sugary or salty compared to most places. fast service. All the plants inside are nice too. NoVA Chinese parents roadtrip OKed. . Looking at recs they even have SaCha beef (classic beefy bbq hotpot sauce ) and black bean sauce (savory ) though yet to try.

My son and I ordered for pick-up, via phone, a few days ago. We have eaten here for a long time. We always order from the combo menu. We always know exactly what we want. So, I rattled off General Tso's chicken with fried rice and wonton soup as well as shrimp with lobster sauce, listing the ONLY vegetables I wanted, and choosing the won ton soup also. I knew the meals also came with an eggroll. I was informed that the soup no longer comes with the dinner combos. You have to pay à la carte for the soup now. As a result, my son and I don't want to order from them anymore. The other issue is since the new Korean BBQ restaurant opened, parking is at a premium. Most times, I can't even find an empty spot, even having a handicapped placard. So, basically, 2 people would have to go to pick up the food...a driver who let's the passenger out to go in and get the food. This is why I've given them 3 stars. There are so many other great restaurants we can choose from, so China King won't be missed.

The food looked good but had no flavor. I was very hungry and still was l was eating nothing. Weird but true, I thought my wife was the only one that can put ingredients together and totally neutralize flavors and make taste like nothing. China king's food taste like that. Would not recommend.

We vacation in the Fredericksburg, VA area quite often. We have tried many of the Chinese Restaurants in the area. Today we tried China King (10-11-23). The food was excellent! The portions were great! They don't call it a lunch special but a combination platter with different offers for lunch or dinner. We got it at lunch and I took a picture of my beef with broccoli. It came with an egg roll and a can of soda. At dinner you get an egg roll AND a soup! Both times it comes with fried rice and the fried rice was delicious! The woman who took our order was fine. No issues at all. I'm sure it is helpful if you just give the number of the item you want because there could be a language barrier, but overall we will be back when we come back to this area in November. Highly recommend! I included a picture of the combination platter prices.
First time here and I love it definitely coming back some pictures of the lunch special ?!!

I'm give them a 1 star due to terrible customer service. I've been a customer for about 4 or 5 years. The lady in the front is not friendly, she act as if I am doing her a favor to eat there. I've tolerated the attitude because the food is good. But today was my last day buying food from them.
