We vacation in the Fredericksburg, VA area quite often. We have tried many of the Chinese Restaurants in the area. Today we tried China King (10-11-23). The food was excellent! The portions were great! They don't call it a lunch special but a combination platter with different offers for lunch or dinner. We got it at lunch and I took a picture of my beef with broccoli. It came with an egg roll and a can of soda. At dinner you get an egg roll AND a soup! Both times it comes with fried rice and the fried rice was delicious! The woman who took our order was fine. No issues at all. I'm sure it is helpful if you just give the number of the item you want because there could be a language barrier, but overall we will be back when we come back to this area in November. Highly recommend! I included a picture of the combination platter prices.

I'm give them a 1 star due to terrible customer service. I've been a customer for about 4 or 5 years. The lady in the front is not friendly, she act as if I am doing her a favor to eat there. I've tolerated the attitude because the food is good. But today was my last day buying food from them.

Our food from China King was SO good tonight. We got chicken lo mein, sweet & sour chicken, sesame seed chicken, pan fried dumplings and egg rolls. The flavor was perfect and the chicken all cut and cooked great. I'm really picky about chicken, and this was perfect!
My first time ordering from this company and I ordered through door dash and they forgot my noodles. I called to tell them they forgot it and she told me "you say we no put it in but I say we put it in, call DoorDash" then she hung the phone up on me. She was so rude and disrespectful. They didn't even want to take responsibility for forgetting my noodles. They are so rude. Never ordering from their again.

Good food a little pricey! No eat in but take out and delivery. I have ate there food for years since 2010 and never have gotten a bad meal. Just remember- if you want fried rice instead of white rice don't forget to tell them so...like i always forget to....

The owner is NASTY I ordered one thing she gives me beef and broccoli with shrimp when I told her the order was not right she said she will not remake it or give me my money back?, but she through wrong cause I was about to go across that countertop, Will never order from them again after 4yrs of going there. Taste of china will get my money and they reasonable price

The food and service here is truly excellent! It's always fresh, very delicious ?? and cooked to order. The staff never takes more than 20 mins ⏰ to prepare it even when you buy several items. I've ordered shrimp ? with broccoli ?, pork fried rice, shrimp/egg ??rolls and these are consistently enjoyable.

Owner who is an older female is very rude and disrespectful. Overcharges on credit card orders. Will not confirm orders with customer and argues with them. Witnessed her barrating and degrading her delivery driver who asked to be reinbursed for giving change out of pocket. Onwer is Very Unprofessional. There are other chinese food resturants in the area and all of them treat both customers and workers alike properly. Do not order from here. Considering filing a BBB complaint.To the female delivery driver that works for her. There are plenty of better paying jobs or contractor gigs that will not only pay you more but at least treat you with some dignity and respect. If I was you I would report her to the dept of labor.
