This is one of my vegan friends, favorite places to go. They’ve been in Fredericksburg for a long time. I like that they hire the younger generation who seems to be having a hard time finding places to work. With food prepared right in front of you, you know that they’re going to do it right

Only once we’ve had an issue with the ring stuff up, and it took four people to figure it out, and refund the money

Pathetic service. I guess my brother and I who eat there everyday were invisible on Tuesday July 1st because we walked up and stood at the counter for a good 3-5 mins without being acknowledged or anything. They looked but never said hi hello or we’ll be right with you. We walked right out. Quite disappointing as the other group of staff over there is nice.

The mobile order confirmation says to go straight to the order shelf yet I realized that’s not true after I waited 10+ minutes. It turned out my order was sitting on a counter the whole time and I didn’t know until I saw other people getting their orders. The whole point of mobile ordering is easy in and out, not waiting in another line.

I normally dont leave reviews but this place needs one. the employees are so RUDE! they dont greet or smile at you. half the time when i do a mobile order the quality is so bad. the rice is mushy, the rice is clumpy, portions are small. i have a short lunch period and someone elses order was in my bag labeled with my name instead of mine. the lady making the food tried to deny it. so they wasted half of my break fixing the mistake they didnt even want to take accountability for. im never ordering from this chipotle again. DO BETTER !!!!

They charged me for guacamole. Received no guacamole. The amount of carnitas I received was also below Chipotle expectations- it was fatty and the rice was cold. Wow. :(
I’ll drive the extra way to Central Park Chipotle. Sorry, all.

I’m never someone to leave a review, but the past two times I have made a mobile order at this chipotle they forget my guac on my burrito. It wouldn’t be a big deal other than the fact that you have to pay almost $3 extra for it and they don’t put it. I guess I will just have to start ordering in person since they don’t care about getting your order right on mobile.

I am lost for word! I just ordered this burrito for pick up and it’s literally 1/3 the size of a normal burrito. This is not the first time this has happened. It seems like if the customer is not present they will make the size small. I am very upset this keeps happening.

Disappointing Experience at Chipotle

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to Chipotle. For the second time, I received an incorrect order. When I brought it to the manager's attention, I was shocked by their response. Instead of taking ownership of the mistake and apologizing, the manager seemed uncertain and asked other employees for guidance.

As a customer, it's frustrating to see a lack of accountability and poor communication. I hope Chipotle will take steps to improve their customer service and order accuracy.

The quesadilla was pretty good but the service was quite slow. I'm not sure why but it had gotten very backed up for a Tuesday night. The line workers were very kind, but it definitely took way longer than I'd expect.

So my order was messed up, went to the chipotle called the customer service line, which is horrible. Went back up to the location two days later spoke to a manager by the name of Daniel Ventura treating me with the upmost respect replaced my order with no issues, we need more people like him in the food industry
