Chipotle Mexican Grill

Hadn't been there in a while I ordered the burrito a little bit soggy probably will give him another try but if they fail that time not going back portions were small

They took away my free entree ticket and said that I used it somewhere else when I didn’t

Both quality and quantity were subpar.
No longer a fan.

DO NOT go to this location. The wait is horrible even if you preorder. They are so disorganized and will get your order wrong or give you someone else’s order oh and they ALWAYS run out of items.

Always a great spot for a good quality quickish meal.

im coming from NC and this was genuinely the best chipotle ive been to. I usually order the online quesadilla meal and they were SOOO juicy and fresh, literally so bomb. it was also clean, big, and quiet in there. me and my family were the only people. 10/10 would recommend 🙏

Not even gonna lie don’t waste your money on this, they never have anything ready.. every time I go here I’m told there is no more rice.. chicken.. ect.. staff are playing around and giving costumers dirty looks. not to mention they never have vinaigrettes or ever care to make them.. do not go to this chipotle. recently i’ve been going to the one on Emancipation highway, they always have everything and they’re quick & give nice portions every-time I go I tip the workers individually out of spite to this excuse of a chipotle..

This Chipotle tastes good. But they run out of food hours before closing. It's odd. It's either rice, chicken, or dressing that they're out of.

While waiting off to the side by the cashier for my mobile order, I witnessed a grown man child clearly upset that there was a line become agitated and disrespectful with the guest in front of him. MAX she spent 5 minutes ordering and she’s asked a total of three times for fresh ingredients as she’s entitled to. When she asked for fresh salsa the man decided to yell at her including some expletives about why she was being “so gd hard to please.” Not a single staff member said anything to him. In fact when he made it to to the cashier they decided to joke and laugh about how “difficult” she was as she was dining not even ten feet away. It’s ridiculous that another guest would be allowed to speak that way and react that way to another guest and not be approached. As a manager in customer service I’m not allowing any other patron to speak that way to any guest in my building. The line behind him was uncomfortable and he proceeded to act belligerently as he exited the building over his additional 5 minute wait. Shame on the management here tonight.

I came here around 9:40 they barely had anything , the boy looked upset because more people came in if they close at 11:00 why getting mad at the costumers makes no sense worse chipotle I ever been

Great friendly staff and food was fresh and hot

Overpriced for what you get and not great quality food

Tyson was amazing and very nice when serving me!! Deserves a promotion for sure!
