Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went here a few weeks ago and got the beef barbacoa… all I got was one chunk of fatty meat that was barely edible. Usually chipotle hits the spot but this was sad! Take my word and go to wingstop instead!!!

Ordered online, wrong food was placed in the bag for my order. Only way to get a refund or it fixed was to drive all the way back to the store. Zero remote customer service for this issue.

man I get off a smooth 11 hr shift and I’m like you know what let’s get some chipotle. I get a bowl with some honey chicken in that thing. Guy on the line chattin wants to chat it up so he rush in my bowl. I’m like word, I’m cool I get that. BUT YOOOO this is like the third time I’ve been to this chipotle with bad service. I get the higher ups are gouging their portion size or sum, but homie gave me like 10 pieces of chicken, it’s like a 1:3 ratio meat to ALL OTHER ingredients like WHAT. So I go back in bc I’m gonna speak up whatever and be like
Man yall fr can only give me this much? Yeah sorry” then I ask abt getting another portion what price that is, 5 dollars, ok. Then they show me the size of it. 5 DOLLARS FOR A RAMEKIN OF MEAT. Naw yall got it. So here I am eating this weak bowl blown as anything. Word.

Place has fallen off the deep end. Where did the og Chipotle go. Can't get a full bowl. Food is sloppy. Always taste different. Get it together guys ppl love Chipotle and this is a disgrace

Avoid this location. Very small portions at this location. Not worth it. Also, they didn’t put utensils, even though it was for take out. I rather go next door to Quickway for better food.

Order my food via the app on Saturday night. Arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready. Waited at checkout for two minutes with no assistance then had to jump in line to get my order. The order was accurate but food was cold and cheese wasn't even melted.

Parking: The parking lot is shared with a couple other restaurants so parking can be difficult during peak times.

Waited 10 minutes for a mobile order that was ordered an hour early. No communication to tell me that they had handed out my order to someone else I’m assuming. No urgency. Rude workers

Watched the cashier with gloved hands take cash from a Customer and gave change and then without changing gloves or washing hands proceeded to wrap a burrito and grabbed cheese and lettuce with the same gloved hands. I understand staffing is tough and often they will be short on help but there is no reason for not washing your hands or putting new gloves on before touching food.

Worker refused my welcome reward even though I showed the QR code, and my order was a total of $15.11. The worker said sorry, order needs to be more than 5 dollars, yet it was. How else would I have gotten the reward? Lazy!!!!!

Food is usually good but seems like they are always out of something. This time it was the fajita peppers and onions. Makes for a dry bowl. Disappointing.
