Your employee accused me of not paying for a watermelon limeade drink because it rang up on the receipt as a small soda! On the app it rings up as a 22fl oz watermelon limeade! Talking about “he’s just trying to do his job”. Do your job by knowing about the flaw that your company’s system clearly has!! I have never had this problem before because other employees always ask what kind of drink did I have. Hire better people that can comprehend English and understand!!

Technically the manager obviously do not want to be at work tonight and it shows. Tonight on October 18th ,2024 at 9:25pm me and my gf went to the chipotle and order our bowls and the “manager” on duty was extremely rude , aggravating, aggressive , throwing my food in my bowl like she didn’t care , being very mean and unlady like . I proceeded to continue my order and asked for a manager and was told she was a manager and was highly disappointed. I will never ever in my life come back to this chipotle ever. P.s I am on vacation here this is disgusting …p.p.s she was stubby , white , blackish /brown ombré hair , pants sagging woman. Couldn’t receive her name

After my 3 visit here my fourth was very disappointing. I arrived about 9 pm tonight to a very disappointing sight. I walked up to what looked like very relaxed employees. The trash by the entrance was over flowing. The line was dirty, not wiped. Beans were shallow. The new Brisket is what I wanted, it was dry looking and i could see a smidge dried up in the pan. Im surprised there were people eating there. I walked up and asked is the food getting refreshed and the guy looked at me asked me to repeat myself. I said this food all looks old. He took a spoon and stirred the chicken and repeated “old” chuckled. Nad i just took my son and left. I went to another chipotle about 15 mins away and got what i wanted. Even with it being late the food there was fresh and I got what I came for. For this to be a new location and a hotspot it was disappointing to see this , Knowing I know Chipotle standards are high.

Wow... I just moved to the area and looks like I need to find a new Chipotle. This is not a reasonable quality or portion size.

The portion sizes are the main problem as well as the service at this location. I doubt these young adults understand that they need customers in order to cash a check every two weeks but that neither here nor there. The customer service is fairly ok but leaves much to be desired. The lack of passion for their job shows up in their work. The food taste was good but again the portions were poor. I had to ask for extra veggies and the server placed 3 more PIECES of vegetables on the bowl. The kitchen looked like they weren’t trying to make anymore food purposely and it was only around 6-7pm. Mind you they close around 9-10 pm. I will not visit this location any longer and I would advise others to do the same. I thought the portion craze was resolved but I guess they are trying to stand on business. I’d rather go all the way down route 3 to the chipotle location off the highway from the Spotsylvania area than deal with that again and that’s a 20-25 minute drive lol.

Guy working the line right now is extremely rude. Giving everyone ulta small portion sizes and having an attitude. He should find a new job. Chipotle can do better. Also 2 simple chicken burritos and 2 drinks cost $36... what an embarrassment.

Went in 2 weeks ago & ordered a barbacoa bowl & they apparently had someone who doesn't know how to do the lettuce cause I had huge chunks of the core in my bowl , also there was No ice for the drinks & NO forks! This is unacceptable. They could go to a store & buy some forks. This is the second encounter I have had at this location. They have extremely poor customer service & do NOT care about the customers! The last time the week of the fourth of July they refused to accept any cash as they said they can't make change as nobody went to the bank. I called & reported this to customer service & they have just as poor customer service skills as the restaurant. Nothing was ever done! I mentioned to the employee at the restaurant about the lettuce & actually showed it to her & she made excuses & told another employee & they were laughing about it as I was leaving the restaurant.

I was skeptical of this location after reading all the reviews. We decided to take a chance. I'm not sure if it's just because I tipped (15%) or just got lucky today, but the two items I ordered were both literally packed.
