Ordered through grubhub. Chipotle did not send any of the 3 bags of chips I ordered to use with the $9 queso they did send, MAYBE a tablespoon of chicken in my son's bowl, did not put queso on my bowl as ordered and sent a sugar drink when I ordered sparkling water for my child who is diabetic. They don't answer their phone. Grubhub refunded me, I reordered the chips....I have $9 pot of queso to just stare at without the chips!!!! First experience with this new location, not again

I order online all the time and the proportions suck, barely any rice, a few shreds of lettuce(7pieces??), definitely not the same as the one time I went in person. Sucks because I like to tip, and just want it to be as good as in person lol

By far the worst chipotle I've ever visited. I've given them the benefit of the doubt and have gone 4 times before writing this review. All of the times I've experienced poor customer service and terrible quality burritos and burrito bowls. To be honest even my son's kid quesadilla wasn't done correctly. Nothing is ever filled properly, twice I've gone and asked to wait for fajitas (I get a veggie bowl) and instead they put a literally three-5 slices of onion/peppers in my bowl, I think they grow the lettuce during the shift because they can only give you 6 pieces of that too. The quesadilla wasn't even toasted. Basically the ratios of rice to veggie to meat etc is never correct. Usually your bowl will at least reach the top of the container .. not here. Then when you get to the register you have to deal with trying to get chips, just all around a bad experience. Would recommend you just go to the one on the other side of plank road.

Don't come to this chipotle. They don't put the food in an even portion dude gave me more rice than chicken. The chicken bowl was empty and he straps and give me literal crumbs.

Every time I come here I always get a messed up order onlineAsked for extra cheese extra sour cream and they literally put none of it on there like I get the lazy part sun times but being that stupid to miss EXTRA and just put NONE is ridiculous

Ordered on the app to pick up our food. Got the chicken bowl... but it should have been called a bean and rice bowl instead. Hardly any chicken at all. My kids got tacos, same thing, no chicken in them, and they weren't even 20% full. They said they were the worst tacos they ever had. Taco Bell is 100x better than this Chipotle location. $40 bucks down the drain. Never again.

Ordered a bowl with chicken and sides. Before asking for chicken I could see the insert was low and asked if more was being made but the answer was no. Continued to cashier and asked for chips to go with meal, but they ran out. I came into store at 7:15 pm, with about 4 hours before closing. I had just ate Chipotle at a different location and it was so good I chose to eat it twice but was unfortunately very disappointed.
Online orders are horrible! When we order at the counter it’s great! My rice was floating in sour cream and I may have found 4 small pieces of chicken. I had to toss it! I won’t return

I am a big fan of Chipotle, and have eaten at quite a few of their restaurants between Richmond and DC (we travel around a lot for soccer games), including both of the ones in Fredericksburg on Rt. 3. I was very pleased when I saw them putting in the new one on Rt. 3 nearer my home recently. Unfortunately, the management of this particular Chipotle has chosen to skimp on the ingredients in their burrito bowls. I have been there 5-6 times now (no idea why I keep going back), and almost every time I have had to ask for a little more meat, a little more cheese, etc, etc. I'm not asking for more than I get at any of the other restaurants, just the same. I don't recall ever having to ask for more at any of the other Chipotles, so either they are serving up too much food, or this one is skimping.

Ok.. where do I start? First off let me start with the price that they are charging for the bowls and the fact that the price at the store in person is 50 cents more than it is online. I was unaware of that until later I went home. Anyway the 2 women who was preparing the bowl got my ordered mixed up with they guy behind me and we both waited about 10 plus minutes for them to get it situated. Second, you can't even call It a chicken bowl, it's more like just a rice bowl because they a super cheap with the meat and not to mention the chicken is cut so small that I couldn't even get a chicken flavor from the bowl. Don't bother to ask for extra chicken because it's half the price of the bowl! I will be better just trying to make my own chipotle bowl right at home. Definitely not worth the price anymore!
