It has been several years since I have been in a Chuck E Cheese. The new makeover is awesome and more family friendly.
Fun time with family for birthday celebration.
Very very disappointed because half the kids that were playing in a trampoline did not have on a wristband when I had to pay for two kids $$12 and get a wristband . Talk to the manager Jamie and he said oh there’s no one in there was no one with no wrist band. This of course, is after I talk to the lady who was on duty who told me you don’t have to have it then I talked to the guy who’s cleaning the floors named Jason. I see why he’s cleaning the floors and he said that they don’t have to have them on their risk.. Anyway, don’t ever come here they don’t deserve your money.
Good friendly people
I came to Chuck E. Cheese on 7/14 and they did not have my order! I waited 1hr for my pizza and the manager Jamie stated when I Come here I always complain! He is a horrible manager ! I will take the drive to Woodbridge for Chuck E. Cheese ! Fredericksburg is awful!

They stamp you at the door, so your child doesn’t end up going home with someone besides you. But what’s the point if nobody checks it as you leave? It’s a company wide policy that they check yours and your child(s) arm for matching numbers before you leave their facility. This location does not do that. Just beware and keep track of your kids on the busies days. They are understaffed, some of the game machines are errored and need a staff member to fix it but you can’t find any to help you.

The location appeared clean and my grandbaby had a lot of fun, but the experience overall was frustrating. I was second in line, but still waited way too long because the cashier was slow and took a long time helping the customer ahead of me. Then she left to check-in a family that just arrived and before even finishing with the customer, they switched staff. All this time I had to try to control an overly excited 2-year-old making it difficult to get through the line, figure out the pricing, and decide on a package with so little help from the cashier. The cashier didn’t offer much explanation or assistance, and I didn’t realize until reading these reviews that the game card I bought was only for timed play. That should have been explained up front.
Also, there was an attendant near the play area, but I’m not sure what their actual role was. A slightly older child kept sneakily tripping and pushing my grandbaby on the trampoline and no one stepped in, except other little kids! I had to intervene myself and eventually speak to that child’s parents.
Paying over $30 for a 2-year-old to play, including $15 just for the trampoline, felt steep for what we got.

Id give it zero if I could. They want you to pay extra 15 bucks for a climbing course then tell you you cant be near the entrance to cheer your nervous autistic child on. Discriminates against kids with special needs. No one else was in the are. No other kids tryna use the course. Just our 1 three year old. Save your money.

Great summer fun at Fredericksburg Central Park Chuck E Cheese! Nice employees who helped with my app and the management rocked when one game wasn’t working properly. My grandkids had a blast!

The food and everything else is too expensive. Their games and fun packages are expensive for someone who is managing. But for top earners, I guess you can say it is not bad.

Bad service, they put up a trampoline that you have to pay extra for if you want to use it and they take the children down if they get on it and the one there is so bad at talking. almost nothing works and the food is very bad

This is by far the cleanest Chuck E Cheese I’ve visited and I’ve been to a few! The employees were so friendly and helpful. The pizza was great and the wings were pretty good too! My 5 year old was celebrating birthday and she had a blast! We went in the afternoon on a Wednesday and it wasn’t crowded at all. We definitely will visit again!

Pros: clean, not crowded when we went on a saturday, fun for kids. I didn't see anyone actually cleaning the games but they were sweeping, taking out trash, etc.
Cons: Service was terrible. We stopped at the ticket counter for 10 minutes before someone came out of the back to help us (it was not busy). Some games weren't working properly. Also, the jump zone costs extra. The sign to enter the jump zone doesnt say that, it says you just need non slip socks. Your kid will run up to it and will get turned away and then you will end up paying $12 because you feel bad. So you might want to get ahead of it.
Overall, I would return if I needed a few hours of fun for my kids, but it's not a must-do, nor is it a good value. It looks inexpensive but they get you once you are there.
A woman that barely spoke English was trying to tell me I had to use my own phone to take a picture of the group I came in with. I was completely blindsided by this fact, especially since we had prepaid for a birthday. I just said no no no and then fake took a picture and then when I went to leave they seemed concerned and acted like they were going to stop me. I literally don't understand this policy? I didn't sign up for that? Its super invasive and not appropriate.
