Bad service, they put up a trampoline that you have to pay extra for if you want to use it and they take the children down if they get on it and the one there is so bad at talking. almost nothing works and the food is very bad

This is by far the cleanest Chuck E Cheese I’ve visited and I’ve been to a few! The employees were so friendly and helpful. The pizza was great and the wings were pretty good too! My 5 year old was celebrating birthday and she had a blast! We went in the afternoon on a Wednesday and it wasn’t crowded at all. We definitely will visit again!

Pros: clean, not crowded when we went on a saturday, fun for kids. I didn't see anyone actually cleaning the games but they were sweeping, taking out trash, etc.

Cons: Service was terrible. We stopped at the ticket counter for 10 minutes before someone came out of the back to help us (it was not busy). Some games weren't working properly. Also, the jump zone costs extra. The sign to enter the jump zone doesnt say that, it says you just need non slip socks. Your kid will run up to it and will get turned away and then you will end up paying $12 because you feel bad. So you might want to get ahead of it.

Overall, I would return if I needed a few hours of fun for my kids, but it's not a must-do, nor is it a good value. It looks inexpensive but they get you once you are there.

A woman that barely spoke English was trying to tell me I had to use my own phone to take a picture of the group I came in with. I was completely blindsided by this fact, especially since we had prepaid for a birthday. I just said no no no and then fake took a picture and then when I went to leave they seemed concerned and acted like they were going to stop me. I literally don't understand this policy? I didn't sign up for that? Its super invasive and not appropriate.

To whom it may concern. Yesterday, I went to Chuck E Cheese with my family. My littlest child was kind of afraid, since she is shy and there is a lot going on and started to cry. Conner, who was clearing tables told her that he was so happy she was there to visit and she became really happy and had a great time. The one second interaction made her feel comfortable and welcomed. All day long now she always asks when we can go back and see her friend Conner.

They put in a new jump zone. It's $24.00 or $12.00 if you pay for games. You get socks with the purchase. They keep it pad locked up. Even after you paid for it. My granddaughter went in and jumped for about 2 minutes and went to play somewhere else. They immediately chained it up and have not opened it up since. So we paid for the 2 minutes she used it. The staff here said we can flag them down each time she wants to go in. Which means unless we sit there and constantly find the staff to reopen it. She cannot use it. She wanted to jump with kids. I see other kids here with the socks on so I guess they are all in the same boat. Staff are vacuuming and cleaning up to go home but it's open here for at least 2 hours. They are not making people feel like they can let their kids be kids like the slogan says. Because they want the parents to keep flagging down their staff to open the jump zone. This is the second time we did this. I thought after complaining about it something would be different. NOPE!!!

The pizza is delicious! We paid for the silver plan bundle thing, and we go 2 to 3 times a week. Not only is it awesome, its a great place to let your kids burn out energy! They just added this bounce house thing and my kids literally burnout on it.

The service was OK, but the price was absolutely gross! Also, you have to pay $10 for their very small ridiculous trampoline. If I’m paying a lot of money for my kids to use the entire facility I think that should be included, especially when this is a very small Chuck E. Cheese that doesn’t even have a playhouse ?

Love this location my daughter had her 4th birthday party here today and loved it. I never realized that they give you coordinators for your party and we had a young lady by the name of Abigail and when I say she was a life saver I really mean that. She was so informative, professional, caring, accommodating and she just soared in all of those categories. It’s hard to find young employees like her who are so professional in the work place and this location did right hiring her and I hope she sees this and I hope this location knows how lucky they are to have her.She also was very accommodating on a latex allergy my mom has. My mom is extremely and dangerously allergic to latex and she made sure there was no interaction with any latex!
