My Grandson and I had a great time. So much to do. The food was awesome. Memories ♥️

Most the games are Push 1 button and get 2 tickets. No real challenge or strategy to any of them. Our young child was bored within 10 minutes. Definitely not what it was when I was a kid. Super disappointed.

We had a great experience when we hosted our son’s 5th birthday here. Latice was our attendant and she was super helpful and attentive! Thank you for making our sons day extra special!

so I booked the party and all total I paid $287 for five children to have a party there we were supposed to have enough seating room for 10 adults other people that were there started sitting at our table so there was not enough room for the people who came with our party they brought me the bill and had a questionnaire and wanted me to fill it out at the time I was not gonna make a big fuss about them, not being able to seat the rest of the adults because of other people interfering with the seating so I thought everything was going OK. They told us that the ice cream the dipping dots would be given to us when we left on the way out. Well they never did that so the biggest issue I have with this location and any location is you cannot call them directly. It is a reservation line and you end up with somebody from reservations who doesn’t know anything about anything and can’t help you and doesn’t have a phone number to call anybody so forget talking to a real person at the location that you went to you can’t call back and talk to management or anything else so at this point I feel like they owe me a little bit of reimbursement there because I paid a lot of money and we didn’t get everything that we were supposed to get so I would not recommend this location. You are never gonna be able to contact anybody other than reservations and that’s ridiculous. The one lady gave me a phone number and I ended up in Mayfield Ohio at that Chuck E. Cheese. It was crazy insane so I do not recommend. Today I have left a message with guest services and with the corporate office and nobody has bothered to call me back about my concerns

Having to pay the cost for games and an additional $15 per child for jump house or play house is ridiculous. Food prices are outrageous, but everything else was good

Too small of a place for alot of people

The place is beautiful, but the store is racist.My two-year-old son was playing and told me he was going to kick me out. I told him he's just a child and doesn't understand, and that I brought him here to get away from it all.I absolutely disliked his attitude and he left. Now I've filed a lawsuit against him.

Hello, I want to make a complaint about the manager. He spoke to me very disrespectfully today while my son was playing

The website, google and phone number say that they open at 10am. The door says 11am. We showed up at 10am. They should correct it on everything to match. Left with disappointment.

Excellent location! Staff is outstanding, establishment always clean. Consistently brings in new game machines and merchandise. Food is always hot and fresh.
