It was busy when we visited. Saturday evening with all the parties, but even with a full house we still were able to play games and do everything we wanted! I like how they do timed cards and you are able to play ALL the games for that time period. The pizza was better than expected, it was pretty good! We had a great time. :)

Great place to have fun with the family and friends for a kid's birthday party. First trip back since renovation and certainly more clean looking and spacious. French fries were tasty and kids had a ball.
Great experience! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and this location wasn't overrun with people. It was enjoyable to play here, even as a parent. Sometimes, less is more, and this Chuck E. Cheese's is a great example of that.

Bring back tokens and jungle gyms. If I wanted a set up like Dave and Busters, I would go to a Dave and Busters. The video games are fun but every parent that remembers their own Chuck days knows the jungle gym was the best. I bet you guys took it out cause it doesnt eat up credits like the video games. Well guess what? My kid can play video games at home. You wont be getting my business until you bring back the jungle gym.

Manager who rang me up refused to change my 30 ($19) mins to the 60 ($30) mins on the card.I was literally still standing in front of him just after he took my payment. We hadn't sat down, hadn't received food yet, and most importantly hadn't used the card yet. Manager told me I could not have any refunds and I could only pay another $19 dollars. (Totals $38) Manager said ALL play time put on a card is explicitly surrendered indefinitely, whether it is used or not used. I highly recommend FunLand across the street!!

Disappointing visit. Website advertised Winning Wednesday: an extra 1000 tickets with the purchase of 60 minutes of game play. Visited on a Wednesday, purchased an hour of gameplay, but offer was not honored.
