Very long wait for food. 2 other tables that came in after us were served before our food was. Manager did come to table & apologized for wait but did not offer a comp of any kind.

If you're looking for a Homestyle breakfast lunch or dinner also carry out and Catering needs I encourage you to check out the Cracker Barrel locations check out the store in the front whether it's before or after you dine, Or if you'd just preferred a quick shopping experience with the displays that are perfectly curated for Seasons approaching. On this particular time there was no wait time coffee and drinks came to the table within a reasonable time, our service was amazing the Ambiance was a 10 out of 10 on this particular day the fireplace was lit introducing a cozy experience while we enjoyed our meal. If you were in the Fredericksburg Spotsylvania area a Cracker Barrel visit is a must whether it's on a Sunday morning, weekday,prehaps just getting off the I95 highway, or picking up to-go/catering I do believe you enjoy

Server was awful. Had 3 stars on her apron. She wasn't rude just wasn't good at all. Wrote down orders and forgot to bring numerous things.

Very much improved from our previous visit over a year ago. It went down hill fast. They cut out their best biscuits for some Popeyes biscuits and the service then was downright bad. They took the Grandma out of the kitchen and put in someone that could not cook chicken tenders to save their life or even make a 6 yr old happy. Last nights visit was on point! Biscuits were back to that old fashioned Cracker Barrel standard! The server we had Hayden was extremely courteous and really took care of our family! The food this time around was worth the price. Had some of their new menu items - and we were all well pleased! Glad to see that Cracker Barrel saw the writing on the wall before going belly up. Keep up the great work!!! We will be back! Keep them biscuits coming!!! I so wish they would go back to the original size packs of jam they used to serve. It's ok if I get diabetes - those were like heaven wrapped in aluminum!!!

We always got to Cracker Barrel for pur Christmas staff dinner. This year was the first time we experience some rude management and will not be continuing to dine there. We had a party of 12. I called earlier in the day to make a reservation and was told that they dont do reservations and that there should not be a problem. When we arrived and were given the place to be seated, the tables had our party split. Keeping in mind that it was not busy, we asked to combine the tables so we may all sit together. The manager on duty got rude with us and we were told that she will allow it this time but next time we will not be allowed to do it again. I will say the our waiter, Isaac, was amazing! He served us with grace and kindness. The manager, however, should not be working in customer service.
