Will never go back to Cracker Barrel again it's a disgusting miserable place I'd rather eat dog food. And I think the top management should be gone and place by Smart wholesome good food loving AMERICAN Patriots. Are they all can be closed down completely which is maybe what's gonna happen anyway. Horrible food lousy service and terrible management and very expensive

They didn’t serve their famous Cornbread Biscuits while waiting for your dinner order to arrive.

I took my sister there Labor Day weekend. I have to be in a seat seat at we wait for an hour and no body took. My order.people were leaving and complaining about how bad the service was. So much less good outgoing. Tell my sister, let's go to Olive Garden. We went there 15 minutes. We had our food and everything. I think it'd be a long time if I go back to Cracker Barrel.

Most consistent contry fried steak in the area. Hashbrown casserole is a staple. I am hoping that they do not do the remodel I like the old school look

This visit was before they decided to go woke and upset their client base. Not planning to return. I do not need to know your politics to have a good meal... Hope they pay the ultimate price or fire the ceo and those who knew what they were hiring.

Cracker Barrel’s new logo and renovations…
My personal opinion is that if your customers like the original Cracker Barrel logo, the vintage antique look inside the restaurants why change it? I love the cozy fireplace, the old antiques on the homey feeling brown walls.
Cracker Barrel’s priority should be #1 food quality, #2 cleanliness and #3 service.
We love Cracker Barrel our closest is Fredericksburg m, VA. We stop at them while traveling but if they change the ones we go to we will NOT be stopping.
Maybe the current CEO needs to go bye bye.

This was my first time visiting this location and I was truly impressed! Morgan took amazing care of me and my family with such kindness, attention, and genuine care. She really knows what true hospitality means and went above and beyond to make our experience outstanding. Thank you, Morgan, for making our visit so special!

What happened to you Cracker Barrel?? I've been to this location for at least 20 years, and never had a problem. This place has taken a turn for the worst! The dining room was so dirty with trash on the floor, silverware that looked unwashed, and chairs that felt like there were layers of grease on them. The food was mediocre at best. Some of the staff look like they are being held against their will. I wouldn't go here if I were you. Try Homemade or First Watch.

The food was not that great. Service was OK. People walked around looking like robots more than humans. Especially the hostess she looked lost the whole time. Then we were given the wrong bill to pay. Luckily she realized it before my Veteran guy paid the bill. The one in dumfries is definitely so much better.
