My 11 year old daughter wanted to go to Crimson Coward Fredericksburg for her birthday even though she knew they don’t have dessert… and they literally went to the store nearby and bought her a birthday cake!! They’ve got it all. Delicious food with unmatched customer service. That is hard to find these days!!

The food was excellent!!
I did notice that as a minority black couple we were not welcomed as other white patrons. They went out of their way to smile and offered them free fries.
We sat and watched the cooking and no one even spoke. Need customer service/ethnic training. We took the food home because of the unwelcome atmosphere.
Treat all customers KIND!

Not very nice and pleasant to minority as they seem to cater KINDNESS to the white customers. I’ll try Embrey Mills next to see if it’s the same. Then I’ll make my decision as to whether I should frequent this business for their delicious wings.

AWFUL and over priced… Wings gave my husband food poisoning, Chicken was dry, and the fries were soggy with NO flavor. Better off going to McDonalds.

Holy Snap Dragon Batman!! This was the Holy Grail of Smashburgers. The soft grilled buttered brioche bun was pure joy as the juices ran down my chin. Get extra napkins because y'all gonna need them. The fries were seasoned just right and that tangy spiced sauce was just enough heat to make it finger licking good...and I don't like spicy! I needed a to-go box because I could not finish my burger/fries. The tables and floors were clean (I checked cause I love me a hole in the wall restaurant...but don't like dirty). I can't wait to go back and try their chicken.

Walking into this place is like stepping back into my favorite hot chicken joint in Michigan—minus the freezing weather and extra layers! These guys whip up a secret plate for me that’s not even on the menu (yeah, I’ve got the hookup like that). It’s the same thing I used to get back in Michigan, and honestly, it’s like a warm hug on a plate. The atmosphere is great, the people are even better, and the customer service? Top-notch! Every bite reminds me of home.

Great chicken. Far better than "that other place". The mild is spicy, so unless you like the pain, stick with that. Don't forget the sides. The fried pickles are amazing.

My wife and I ate there for the first time on a trip. Considering the restaurant wasn't that busy I expected the food to be brought out sooner however, it was worth the wait. Price was a bit high for fried chicken. It was a fun place to try.

Overall, this place is only worth it for the tenders. The tenders were juicy and crunchy, and very big. They did leave the tendon in the breast which wasn't very pleasant, but didn't ruin the experience.

The fries were thick cut and crispy, but the crimson sauce is slightly sour and not very good. Canes and Mamas have them beaten by miles.

I don't think I'll be returning. Not because it's bad, but just mediocre.

Big fan. We just found out that this place opened and decided to try it out. My wife and I got the joey-eat-fries and loved them. Fries tasted great, chicken was crispy and juicy, loaded with cheese and sauce. The restaurant itself was very clean and well lit, and the staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. Highly recommend trying it out

A great halal place serving stafford county area and I must say way better than “Hangry Joes”.
Everything is freshly made upon order, friendly and lovely staff.
Highly recommended for halal food lovers?

1st time trying it. Took a recommendation from the young man at the register. I got a homestyle chicken sandwich combo with medium heat. Great portion, good flavor. I personally thought it was a bit pricey, ($17 for a sandwich, fries and drink) but it was good. I'll probably try it again, just not a combo.
