Where does this company find all of these quality young people to staff their establishment?
Always delicious, always fast service and the staff is unmatched. The spicy chicken sandwich and PB caramel craze is hard to beat.

This one girl was super rude to us when they didn’t give us our order for about 20 minutes so we waited about 30 minutes for our blizzards to arrive

Called to see if they were participating in National Ice Cream Day and the guy that answered had no clue today July 20th was National Ice Cream Day and I seen on the news that Dairy Queen and other places were giving out a small treat for the day. He literally asked me do I know what day it is and I said today and goes we ain’t doing anything special today and hung up. That was completely rude. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Nothing against the employees, they were great. My complaint is the food was subpar unfortunately. The burgers used to have a good char taste to them, now they're very bland . The bacon on my burger was very undercooked, no crispyness at all. Lastly why did yall get rid of the crinkle fries ?? I let the employee know about them and she said let corporate know so I hope corporate reads this and brings them back . Again the employees were wonderful !!

Parking: Probably not the restaurants problem since they're in a shopping center but you can't see the parking spaces. Needs to be relined .

Just sharing this review in response to Kerry Adkins' post. I was there, right behind her and her husband when she became absolutely irate. It was quite comical at first, but embarrassing to say the least. She was yelling about this event she had to be at and that she paid so much money for this food. It was quite the scene, and the husband was trying to keep his cool and composure. I'd say if you have an event that you have to be at for a certain time, maybe have better planning. Your poor planning is not someone else's fault. Take some accountability. I have three toddlers who have a better temperament.

Overall, I would say that while you were correct in the fact that the food did take a little longer than normal (DQ was pretty busy at dinner time) the way you portrayed yourself in public is what makes you wrong.

By the way, less than a minute after you left and forced your husband to leave for this "event" they brought out your food that you "paid so much money for." Check the photo, right beside my labeled bag that I was waiting on.

Worst experience. Waited over 15 minutes for our food. Had to leave to get to an event. Asked if we could take the partial order bagged and the man behind the counter would not give it to us. We left no refund and no food and late for our event!!! Never going back!!!!

Clean, fast ordering and delivery of food...yummy ice cream. Why would 3 employees just stare for 3 min and not ask to take my order? All at counter? Do I have to ask if someone will help me? Love the blizzards but their food is just okay, downgraded since the fries got changed from crinkle cut to regular
Staff are friendly though
If you dine in you do have to deal with the creaky ceiling fans but it's not that bad
