Doc Rocco Gyro took me back to the good ol days where food was actually good!!!! From the sandwiches, sides and desserts all hit the spot.

Really wanted to try them out, but they only deliver through Door Dash, Uber eats and another one. Not worth the large markup. Vocelli delivers. Docs is missing out. People don’t like to pay huge extra cost for pizza, or they just don’t want or need the business. Don’t waste time calling them.

This has become our GO TO Pizza. We have ordered at least 2 if not 3 times a month since we discovered Doc Rocco's. Each time the food is amazing they have really great quality of food and consistency when preparing it. Everyone should try them out. Atmosphere 4 stars only because we have only had takeout.

I have ordered grilled vegetables sub. Nothing there was grilled. Not at all! Fresh vegetables inside of toasted sub. Service was good.

Awesome subs at a reasonable price the cheesesteak was absolutely fantastic.

Delicious, independent, counter serve place with the best sandwich you’re going to eat in this whole area. My wife tried this place a few months ago and I was in the area so I had it today. Filling too.
I got the pastrami and rye, asked for it to be served warm which they did ? I ordered the side of pasta salad, that way I ate less grease with my lunch.
This is a gem of Philly-area cuisine here in Fredericksburg. No real other competition either. Will def be back!

Many places in this area claim to have NY style food, but this place is the real deal. As soon as I saw the Boars Head logo outside of their restaurant, I knew they were legit. Their bread is soft and fresh and the italian pork sandwich is a must! Also, they probably have the best onion rings I've ever had! We WILL be back!
