“I didn’t have any way of not choosing carside delivery that I could see when ordering and I did not leave a tip because I planned to go in but when We drove right up to the side of the store and I planned to hop out, a kind smiling person named Sam handed me our 3 pizzas. He was so nice and I asked for his name so I could go online to give him and his service a positive review. I hope you all know his worth and appreciate him as much as I do. Thanks Sam, you’re the best. I’d let you

“I’ve only had a few problems with my order here, and that’s over many, many years. Employees are always helpful!

“PERFECT delivery experience by driver, Elizabeth, today. Usually when I order contactless delivery drivers will still ring and it drives me nuts—Elizabeth did not knock or ring and called to notify she had delivered my pizza. So great since I was mid-workout with a sleeping baby upstairs. I didn’t have to pause my workout and baby wasn’t woken by doorbell or dog barking at someone at the door. Thank you, Elizabeth!“

“So I am a part of my pizza reward program and I absolutely love the pizza profile and rewards program especially now with the rewards coming ALOT easier than before.. I also am a fan of the emergency pizza giveaway online too that is completely awesome to know that after only the 1st purchase you automatically receive a free Pizza....

I don't like the fact that the delivery place is all the way across town and we actually have two locations that are closer that could provide service but other than and the once in a blue moon that they will mess up your order everything is all well because atleast they will take a little| responsibility for their mistakes and make you new orders and not charge you for the service.“

“So, I tried placing an order through my app and an hour and a half later no pizza. I checked my app for the progress and it appeared as if I never placed my order. Tried it again and after another hour checked and again it appeared that my order was never placed. Placed another order and 10 minutes later I got the first order and then another hour after that I got the second order. Never received the third order. I expected a long wait because an event had just ended and I know there were going to be a lot of orders placed. I called today to see if there was anything they could do for me. The manager was super friendly and explained that when they are super busy the app doesn't start the progress until the pizza goes in the oven.. Without question the manager reimbursed me for two of the orders and apologized for the confusion. Fantastic customer service just the way it should be...“
