Domino's Pizza

Unacceptable customer service. I understand the location is busy. That's fine.
I order online, estimated delivery time one hour. Acceptable. One hour later app says we're still prepping. Call, they tell me they're swamped. I get it.
Cancel delivery. Change to carryout.
It'll be ready in 10-15 minutes.
Show up 17 minutes later. It'll be ready in 10 minutes. Sit inside. Wait for 30 minutes. Wait behind a nice lady that has been waiting with me.
She wants to know where her food is. Guy behind the counter is getting upset. She leaves because her food still isn't in the oven.
He calls her a karen as she leaves. I talked with this lady, her name isn't Karen.

I tell him that's unacceptable customer service. And ask him where my order is and explain the situation. The whole team jump on me for being rude. I was defending another customer that was called a Karen. It's going to be another 10-15 minutes even though the manager just pointed at a random cooked pizza and said that's mine.
5 minutes later. I finally pay (again. They refunded the delivery) my pizza is still not in the oven. They were about to cook mine with one of two of my toppings.

Team added a medium pizza to make up for it? Thank you? Please don't call customers Karen's for asking where their food is?

Beautiful

The location is criminally understaffed. On multiple occasions, delivery has taken more than 2 hours. Trying to reach the store to find out what the status of your order is also really difficult. Just very frustrating to deal with.

Absolutely the worst. I waited for over two hours for one pizza that was not delivered because they don't know how to read a phone number. Super helpful manager made it seem like it was my fault, then the previous guys fault and offered no assistance no apologies no nothing. Absolutely deplorable service for a subpar product. Oh wait I wouldn't know I never got the food.

Forgot one of the toppings on the pizza. This was the worst, most vile excuse for a pizza I have ever had in my life. Skimpy and missing toppings, no sauce whatsoever, cheese was hard and the pizza was cold when it was delivered. The wings were disgusting as well. Super slimy and fatty, absolutely inedible. Ruined dinner and our night for $45+. Absolutely shameful. I don't want another pizza or any coupons, I want my money back. The driver was nice and polite.

As a business we were ordering 3-4 pizzas a week. They made a mistake a few times and we let it slide. Recently they just didnt bring us all of our pizzas we ordered and paid for. They refuse to take back the order or bring back the missing pizza and no one cared on the phone and extremely rude. Horrible experience and this caused them a long time customer and someone who order 12 pizzas a month for business you would think they would make a bit of an effort

I put my order in at 9:44 pm mind you I live 5 mins away I didn't receive my food until 12 am I kept calling and they literally made an excuse every time first it was not enough drivers then my food wasn’t even in the oven yet the Workers didn’t even have their story straight

The pizza was hot but dried out. It was very greasy. The biggest disappointment was a ordered bbq wings and the presentation was terrible. I literally had to dip each wing in the bbq sauce and then place them in my airfryer.

My food came cold to my house when it was delivered, but when I go to the store to get it corrected, the management was awesome with situation by refunding my money. They were very friendly and courteous and prompt. Great job!!!??

I just stopped in for the convenience. The Thai restaurant next door was closed for lunch. There was only one person on duty, but he was prompt and friendly. Dine in is available, though the place is really not set up for that.
